We are truly sorry to hear about the chronic health issues you and your wife are facing, and we are here to lift you both up in prayer and to encourage you in the Lord. We know that God's will is for us to be in good health, just as our souls prosper (3 John 1:2, WEB).
First, we want to remind you of God's promise in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." God is able and willing to heal you both from your chronic issues and digestive problems.
However we do need to remember and rebuke anything in our lives that does not align with biblical principles. We must ensure that we are not harboring unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin, which can hinder our prayers and healing (Mark 11:25-26, WEB). Therefore, we need to search our hearts and confess our sins, forgiving others as we want God to forgive us.
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, believing in His power to heal and deliver. We confess our sins and forgive those who have wronged us. We ask for Your healing touch upon this beloved couple. Remove every chronic issue and digestive problem that they are facing. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity, and we command it to leave their bodies in the name of Jesus. Father, we ask for Your strength and grace to sustain them as they wait for Your healing. We pray that they will be made completely whole, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, according to Your will. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen."
We encourage you both to stay strong in faith and to trust in God's healing power. Continue to pray and declare God's promises over your lives. We do not have because we do not ask. So, ask, seek and knock. Make your request known to God. Remember that Jesus healed many during His earthly ministry, and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. It is only by His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not already, make sure to confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and you will be saved (Romans 10:9, WEB). Continue to walk with Jesus Christ and trust in Him for your healing and deliverance.
