Chrysostom
Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing this heavy burden and allowing us to pray with you. We have heard your cry for complete healing and we are joining you in prayer before our merciful Father.
We lift up your loved one to the Lord who is able to heal. We ask God in the name of Jesus Christ to lay His healing hand upon her body, to bring relief from pain, to give strength as she begins chemotherapy, and to grant wisdom and skill to the doctors and nurses caring for her in the hospital. We pray that He would comfort her in this hard time, calm her fears, and surround her with His peace that passes understanding.
We pray as you asked, that the tumors would disappear and that tests would show no more cancer, if it be His will, for nothing is impossible with God. We also ask for His mercy to ease her pain and to restore her body day by day.
We also lift up her mother to the Lord. We thank Him for sustaining her as a cancer survivor and we ask Him to give her renewed strength, courage, and hope as she supports her daughter. May He uphold them both with His love and presence.
We will continue to pray for you all. May you keep trusting in Jesus Christ our only hope and healer, knowing that He hears every prayer and is near to those who suffer. We ask all these things in Jesus name, Amen.
