We stand with you in faith, lifting your request before our Heavenly Father, who is the Great Physician. Your body is fearfully and wonderfully made, and we know that God desires for you to walk in divine health and wholeness. The swelling you are experiencing is not from Him, for Scripture tells us, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness that has taken hold in your body, for Jesus came that we might have life, and life more abundantly (John 10:10).
We declare that your heart, kidneys, liver, and pancreas will function in perfect harmony, as God designed them to. We pray for the water retention to leave your body without causing further harm, for your veins and arteries to be free from clots, and for your blood circulation and metabolism to be restored to optimal health. The Word of God assures us that "by His stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on this promise for your complete healing.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and healed. Lord, we ask that You stretch forth Your healing hand upon our brother/sister. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity, sickness, and disease that has caused swelling and discomfort in their body. We command every organ—heart, kidneys, liver, and pancreas—to function as You created them to, in perfect health and vitality. Lord, let the fluids in their body be balanced, and let the water retention leave without causing further distress. We pray for clear veins and arteries, free from clots, and for strong, healthy circulation throughout their entire body.
Father, we speak life into every cell, tissue, and organ in their body. We declare that their metabolism is strong and efficient, and that their body is restored to full health. We thank You, Lord, for Your healing power that is at work in them even now. We trust in Your promise that says, "I am the Lord who heals you" (Exodus 15:26). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them feel Your peace and presence as they wait on You for their complete healing.
We also lift up their spirit, Lord, that they may be encouraged and filled with hope as they seek You. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). May they continue to trust in You, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for the healing that is already taking place. We give You all the glory and honor, for You alone are worthy. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises and speaking His Word over your body. Meditate on Scriptures that declare God’s healing power, such as Psalm 103:2-3, which says, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Keep your heart and mind fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in trusting His timing. If you have not already, seek godly counsel from medical professionals who honor the Lord, as they can be instruments of His healing as well.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that our access to God and His healing power comes only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet made Jesus the Lord of your life, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all healing, both spiritual and physical.
