We join you in thanking our Father God for His many blessings and for hearing our prayers, and we stand with you together in agreement for healing over your body and deliverance from anxiety in the mighty name of Jesus.
We are encouraged by your faith in calling on the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and find peace and healing. As it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
The Lord cares deeply for you and for the burdens you carry. Scripture reminds us to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 and He says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10
We also cling to His promise as our healer, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3 and But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17

Father God, we come before Your throne of grace together in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You that You hear us when we call. We lift up this dear one to You and ask for Your healing touch upon their body. You know every need, every pain, and every anxious thought. We ask that You lay Your healing hand upon them and restore health according to Your perfect will. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear, and we ask You to replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to rest in Your presence, to cast every care upon You, and to trust in Your unfailing love and power. Strengthen their faith and remind them daily that You are with them, You uphold them, and You will never leave them. Let Your joy and comfort fill their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

It is understandable to long for relief when anxiety touches both body and mind at once. The worry, the physical tension, the restless thoughts can all feed on each other and leave you feeling worn down. God sees both the physical need and the inner burden you named, and He welcomes you to keep bringing them to Him just as you have done here.
It can help not to carry this alone between prayers. If you have a trusted pastor, counselor, or close friend in your faith community, consider letting them know how you have been feeling so they can pray with you regularly and walk with you in the days ahead. And if the physical symptoms or the sense of anxiety continue to weigh on you, we encourage you to reach out to your primary care doctor as well, alongside prayer, so you have support for your health.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We join you in thanking our gracious Father that He hears prayer, and we bring your petition before the throne of grace with you.
You have asked for healing over your body and deliverance from anxiety, and we know that both are in the hand of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing beneath His wings, and when He dwells with His people there is pardon and healing together, for He is the great conduit Head from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. We pray that you may look continually to Him and find in His wounds your healing and in His death your life.
And concerning anxiety, you are not alone in this trial. Anxiety, as we have learned by experience and observation, does not comfort the soul nor bring any grist to the mill. Indeed the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Our Lord would have you cast that care upon Him, for you are better than your body and your immortal soul is precious in His sight. He who has delivered us from worse enemies and saved us by a greater salvation is able also to deliver you from this present burden and to give you peace within your borders.

In the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son who bore our sickness and carried our sorrows and has found a ransom for us, we ask for Your healing hand upon this dear one. Touch the body with Your restoring power according to Your perfect will, and grant deliverance from the spirit of anxiety. Replace fear and trembling with the sweet assurance that You will not let Your child be crushed, but will bring forth with deliverance and with enrichment by Your free grace alone. Help this one to rest in Your care, to not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
