We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your heartfelt plea for healing and deliverance from anxiety. We rejoice in the truth that our Heavenly Father hears the cries of His children, and we stand with you in faith, believing in His power to restore and renew.
First, let us address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23). We are so grateful that you have called upon His name, for it is the name above all names, and at the name of Jesus every knee should bow (Philippians 2:9-10).
Now, let us turn to the Word of God for encouragement and truth. The Bible assures us that "by his wounds, we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). This healing encompasses not only our physical bodies but also our minds and spirits. Anxiety is a heavy burden, but we serve a God who invites us to cast all our cares upon Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart and saves those who have a crushed spirit (Psalm 34:18). He does not want us to be weighed down by worry but to trust in His perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7).
Let us also remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to honor God with our bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). As we seek healing, let us examine our lives and surrender any areas that may not be aligned with His will. Confess any known sin, for the prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective (James 5:16). If there are habits, thoughts, or lifestyles that are contributing to your anxiety or physical ailments, we encourage you to bring them before the Lord in repentance and seek His strength to overcome them.
We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that you are not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We command every attack on your body and mind to cease, and we speak healing and restoration over you. The Lord will sustain you on your sickbed and restore you from your bed of illness (Psalm 41:3). We believe that you will rise up in strength and testify to the goodness of God.

Lord, we thank You that You are the Great Physician and the Prince of Peace. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, our brother/sister is healed, and we speak life and wholeness over every part of their body. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear, and we command it to flee in the name of Jesus. Father, fill them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we ask that You would reveal any areas in their life that need to be surrendered to You. Give them the strength to walk in obedience and the courage to trust in Your promises. We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit, that they may be empowered to overcome every attack of the enemy. Surround them with Your angels and let Your presence be a shield around them.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We believe that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We declare that our brother/sister will walk in divine health and peace, and they will testify to Your goodness and mercy.

Remember that the testing of your faith produces perseverance, and let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything (James 1:3-4). We join you in thanksgiving to our gracious Father who hears prayer, and we bring your request before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
You ask for healing over your body and deliverance from anxiety, and we pray that the Lord who is our Physician will lay His healing hand upon you. It is written that with His stripes we are healed, and that the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings. There is healing virtue not only in His great work upon the cross but in the very leaves of the Tree of Life, the least thing about Christ is healing to the soul and to the body. We ask that He would grant you that touch of personal faith which brings peace to the soul, for pardon and healing are joined together in His mercy.
For your anxiety, we are reminded of the word of the prophet, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Perfect peace is not found in the absence of trial, but in the presence of Christ. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even when sorrows surge around and duties press. Anxiety itself unfits us to meet our difficulties, but a mind stayed upon the Lord is kept in peace, peace. We pray that He would still the turmoil of your thoughts and breathe into your soul that peace which passes all understanding, that still small voice of God which alone can heal the broken heart.
May the Lord show you that He has found a ransom and that deliverance is of free grace alone. He who brought forth Israel with a mighty hand is able to bring you forth out of this season of affliction. Acquaint yourself with Him and be at peace. Meditate on His word day and night, cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you, and rest in this, that whether in sickness or in health, in calm or in storm, you are kept in Jesus keeping.
We pray now, Father, in the name of Jesus, look with compassion upon this dear soul. Grant healing according to Your perfect will, strengthen the body, quiet the anxious heart, and keep the mind stayed upon Christ. We hear your desire for healing in your body and for deliverance from anxiety, and we pray with you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and receive salvation and mercy. Scripture teaches us to bring everything to God in prayer, and to cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for us. The Lord is near to those who call on Him, and His peace can guard our hearts and minds even when we feel troubled within.
We pray that God, according to His wise and loving will, would touch your body and bring healing and strength, and that He would quiet the war that anxiety stirs within and grant you rest. May He help you to lead a quiet and peaceable life, with your heart at rest in Him, trusting His goodness day by day and night by night.
