We join with you in prayer and we thank God for the hunger you have for wisdom and for a heart that seeks to be a faithful steward of all He has entrusted to you. It is a beautiful and godly desire to ask for a wise and understanding heart, and we rejoice that you are seeking Him with your whole heart and pouring out your soul before Him in prayer and in His Word.
The Scripture says in James 1:5, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. And we remember the prayer of Solomon in 1 Kings 3:9, Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil. God was pleased with that prayer and He is pleased with yours as well. We also hold onto the promise you shared in Proverbs 13:20, He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm. We encourage you to continue to walk closely with wise, godly counsel, to remain in fellowship with believers who will sharpen you, and to let the Word of God dwell richly in you, for Psalm 119:105 says Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path. As you seek Him, remember Jeremiah 29:13, You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. God honors a steward who is faithful, as 1 Corinthians 4:2 says, Here, moreover, it is required of stewards, that they be found faithful. We pray you will grow in diligence in studying the Word, in prayer, and in managing all that God has given you for His glory.
We also lift up your body before our Heavenly Father who is our healer. He cares for every part of us. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. And in Exodus 15:26 we are reminded that He is Yahweh who heals you. We bring before Him your teeth and especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, your eyes, your entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh, the subcutaneous ball on the abdomen, and your stomach, intestines and entire gastrointestinal tract. We ask for His complete and final healing touch upon each area, for inflammation to leave, for pain to cease, and for restoration and wholeness according to His mercy. Jeremiah 30:17 declares, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We trust in His power and His compassion.
We pray together now.
Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the holy and mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we thank You for this dear one who seeks You so earnestly. Lord, we ask that You grant a wise and understanding heart, that You fill this dear one with the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. Help us to seek You with all our heart, to pour out our whole soul before You in prayer, and to learn effectively in Your Word. Make Your Word alive in us, let it guide every decision and let Proverbs 13:20 be fulfilled in our lives as we walk with the wise and grow in wisdom. Teach us to be good and faithful stewards of all You have entrusted to us, to use our time, resources, health and gifts for Your glory.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we also ask for Your healing hand upon this body. Touch the teeth and the wisdom tooth on the right, bring relief and healing. Touch the eyes and restore clear sight and health. Touch the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, touch the ball in the thigh and the ball on the abdomen, and let them be dissolved and healed by Your power. Touch the stomach, intestines and the whole gastrointestinal tract and bring complete healing, peace and proper function. Lord, You know every cell and every need, and we ask for Your complete restoration, for comfort, strength and renewed health, if it be Your will. Help us to trust You in the waiting and to give You all the glory for Your goodness.
We thank You, Father, that You hear us when we pray in the name of Jesus, for John 14:13-14 says, Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it. We rest in Your love and Your perfect will. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue abiding in the Word daily, to pray without ceasing, and to seek wise and godly fellowship. Continue to be faithful in stewarding your health as well, seeking wise medical counsel as needed while trusting the Lord as your ultimate healer. May the Lord bless you abundantly and keep you in His peace.
