HEALING AND WISDOM

*Let us pray that Heavenly Father will give me a wise and understanding heart so that I can be a good steward of all that He has entrusted to me, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will help me to seek Him with all my heart, to pour out my whole soul before Him in prayer, and to learn effectively in His Word, in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! Let's pray that the Word of God will be fulfilled in my life which says "Proverbs 13:20 Walk with the wise and you will become wise...."

*Please pray also for my teeth (especially upper wisdom tooth on the right), my eyes, the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, ball in the upper part of the left leg (thigh), ball on the abdomen (subcutaneous), stomach, intestines, gastrointestinal tract for complete and finally healing in the Name of Jesus Christ! We join with you in bringing these requests before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank you for sharing your heart so openly with us.

We love your desire for a wise and understanding heart so that you may be a good steward of all that God has entrusted to you. This is the very prayer Solomon prayed and it pleased the Lord. We are reminded of 1 Kings 3:9 where Solomon asked, Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil, and of James 1:5 which promises, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. God delights to give wisdom when we ask in faith, and He calls us to be faithful stewards, for it is required of stewards that they be found faithful as we read in 1 Corinthians 4:2. We also rejoice that you want to seek Him with all your heart and to pour out your soul before Him in prayer and to learn effectively in His Word. The Lord promises in Jeremiah 29:13, You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart, and in Psalm 62:8 we are exhorted, Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us. As you abide in His Word, we pray that Psalm 119:105 will be true for you daily, Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path, and that as you walk with the wise you will become wise, for Proverbs 13:20 says, He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm. We encourage you to continue to surround yourself with godly counsel and fellowship that sharpens you and keeps you close to Christ.

We also lift up your physical needs to the Lord who is our healer. We know He cares for every part of our bodies and He is able to restore and make whole.

Heavenly Father, we come together in the holy name of Jesus Christ and we thank You for this dear one who seeks Your wisdom and Your healing touch. Father, we ask that You grant a wise and understanding heart, that You fill this life with Your wisdom from above which is pure and peaceable, so that every decision and every resource entrusted may be stewarded for Your glory. Teach us to seek You with our whole heart, to pour out our soul honestly before You in prayer, and to hunger for Your Word and learn it with understanding and obedience. Let Your Word be fulfilled in this life and let the walk with the wise bear much fruit of wisdom and maturity.

We also bring before Your throne of grace the physical needs that have been shared. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ for Your complete and final healing upon the teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, upon the eyes, upon the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, upon the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh, upon the ball on the abdomen under the skin, and upon the stomach, intestines and the entire gastrointestinal tract. Lord, You have said in Exodus 15:26, I am Yahweh who heals you, and in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We ask for Your restoring hand to remove pain, inflammation, infection and every abnormal growth, to bring restoration, comfort and full function according to Your perfect will. We trust in Your mercy and Your power and we thank You that You hear our prayers when we ask in the name of Jesus.

We encourage you to continue to wait upon the Lord, to remain in His Word daily, to pray without ceasing, and to trust that He who began a good work in you will complete it. We pray that you will know His peace that passes understanding as you rest in His care for both your spirit and your body. We thank God for you and we stand with you for wisdom, for growth in grace, and for complete healing in Jesus name. Amen.

We were encouraged to read how much you want to walk closely with God and be faithful with what He has placed in your hands. That desire to seek Him wholeheartedly and to grow in His Word is a good and steady aim, and we are praying with you for wisdom and understanding as you continue.

We also hear how many physical burdens you are carrying right now, from your upper right wisdom tooth and your eyes to your left leg and pelvis, the areas you described in your thigh and abdomen, and your stomach and intestines. It is a lot to hold at once, and we are bringing each of these needs before the Lord with you, asking for His mercy, comfort and healing according to His will.

Spiritual growth often comes gradually, not all at once, through small faithful steps over time in the Word, in prayer, and in worship with other believers, all as the Holy Spirit works in us. Continuing in those simple rhythms, even in short daily moments that fit your life, can help keep your heart rooted while you wait on Him.

Alongside prayer, we encourage you to let a dentist and medical doctor see you in person for these ongoing symptoms, so they can care for you well.

Father, we ask You to grant wisdom and a teachable heart, and to bring Your peace and healing presence to every part of the body that hurts. Guide the hands of those who provide care and draw our friend closer to You each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your petition for a wise and understanding heart and for healing of the body has been heard and we have carried it to the heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

We pray that He who gives wisdom liberally and upbraids not will grant you that wisdom which begins in the fear of the Lord, for that is wisdom and to depart from evil is understanding. You have asked to be a good steward of all He has entrusted to you, and we ask the Lord to make you faithful, for nothing is your own, all is your Master's. May you be kept from idling or trifling or growing careless, and from playing with divine truth, but may you labour with your whole heart for the good of all your brothers and sisters in Christ, remembering that the Master will come and will require an account, and serving Him with a sincere and watchful spirit.

We bring also before the great Physician the afflictions of your body, your teeth and especially the wisdom tooth on the right, your eyes, the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, the growth in the upper part of the left leg and that upon the abdomen, and your stomach, intestines and the whole gastrointestinal tract. We have been reminded that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations and that the least thing about Christ has healing virtue. When our Lord was upon earth, pardon and healing were joined together, and He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and the palsied man was healed. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and we ask that if it be His gracious will He would lay His healing hand upon you and restore you to soundness. And above all we pray that you may know the deeper healing of the soul, the forgiveness of sins through His blood, for when the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings He heals the whole man, and the health of the soul is the spring of all true health.

We pray further that the Father will help you to seek Him with all your heart, to pour out your whole soul before Him in prayer, and to learn effectively in His Word. Take heed how you hear, for there are many who hear with one ear and the truth goes out the other, and they receive no blessing. May you receive the Word with an understanding heart, for it cannot become a sanctifying word except as it is received into the understanding. We ask that the promise you have quoted may be fulfilled in you, Walk with the wise and you will become wise, and that the Lord will set wise companions about you and make your walk to be with those who love His truth, so that by hearing and by holy fellowship you may grow in knowledge and grace.

We will continue to remember you in prayer, that Christ may be to you both wisdom and healing, your Teacher while you learn His Word and your Physician to touch your body and soul, till His saving health shall make you whole without spot or wrinkle through His merit alone.
