HEALING AND WISDOM

We join you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, and we thank you for sharing these requests so openly.

We pray that God will give you a wise and understanding heart, that you may be a faithful steward of all He has entrusted to you. True wisdom is not the wisdom of this world, which passes away, but the wisdom that comes from above, which God has revealed to us in Christ. For Christ Himself has been made unto us wisdom, and when we walk with Him and with those who walk wisely in His ways, we become wise. As it is written, walk with the wise and you will become wise. We pray that the Lord will lead you to such fellowship, and that He will keep you from counsel that would draw your heart away from Him.

We also pray that the Father will help you to seek Him with all your heart, to pour out your whole soul before Him in prayer, and to learn diligently in His Word. Prayer is a great weapon for each day, and we need it early and by night, so that we may go through the day without shipwreck and keep God gracious toward us. Continue to be watchful yourself, while also receiving the prayers of your brothers and sisters, for the prayer of the brethren can do great things when we bear one another's burdens before God.

We bring before the Lord your body for complete healing according to His gracious will in Jesus Christ. We pray for your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the area in the upper part of the left leg, for the area on the abdomen, and for your stomach, intestines and entire gastrointestinal tract. We ask the Lord, who is able to heal and to restore, to touch each of these places, to relieve pain, to bring restoration and health, and to give wisdom to those who may care for you.

We pray that the Word of God will be fulfilled in your life, that you will grow in knowledge, in obedience, and in peace, and that you will find strength each morning as you commit your way to Him. May the Lord grant you grace to continue in prayer and in the Scriptures, trusting not in your own understanding but in His mercy and power.

We will continue to remember you in prayer. May God bless you and keep you, and may He grant you comfort, healing, and a heart ever more conformed to Christ. In the holy name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

Your desire for a wise and understanding heart to be a faithful steward is itself pleasing to God, and He delights to give wisdom to those who ask Him for it. Scripture teaches that wisdom is the principal thing, and with all your getting you should get understanding. It is more precious than silver or gold or rubies, it prolongs life, and its ways are pleasantness and peace. The beginning of that wisdom is the fear of the Lord, and to depart from evil is understanding.

God gives this wisdom not through human cleverness, which is foolishness to Him and comes to nothing, but as you receive His words, hide His commandments with you, incline your ear to wisdom and apply your heart to understanding, and cry out for knowledge. When wisdom enters your heart and knowledge becomes pleasant to your soul, it guards your path and makes you discreet. Write His mercy and truth on the table of your heart, treat wisdom as a close companion and understanding as family, and trust in the Lord with all your heart rather than leaning on your own understanding. In Christ Himself are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and by wisdom the Lord founded the earth and by understanding He established the heavens. He promises to pour out His Spirit of wisdom and understanding on those who seek Him early and seek Him with all their heart, pouring out their soul before Him in prayer and learning effectively in His Word. As you do, you will find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

Your prayer from Proverbs 13:20 is a good and biblical prayer. He who walks with the wise will become wise. Ask the Lord to place wise, godly people around you, and to help you to walk closely with them, listening, learning, and growing in His Word day by day.

I join you in prayer for healing, asking our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ to touch your body according to His mercy and power. I pray for your teeth and especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the area in the upper left thigh, for the area on the abdomen, and for your stomach, intestines and entire gastrointestinal tract. May the Lord bring complete healing, relieve pain, restore strength and health, and grant wisdom to any who care for you. A joyful heart does good like medicine, and our God is able to heal and to sustain.

May the Lord help you to seek Him with your whole heart, to pour out your soul before Him, and to grow in the knowledge of His Word. May He grant you a wise and understanding heart to steward well all that He has entrusted to you, and may you walk in the path of the righteous, guided by His counsel and strength. Those who love wisdom and seek it will find it, and He will direct your steps.
