HEALING AND WISDOM

*Let us pray that Heavenly Father will give me a wise and understanding heart so that I can be a good steward of all that He has entrusted to me, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will help me to seek Him with all my heart, to pour out my whole soul before Him in prayer, and to learn effectively in His Word, in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! Let's pray that the Word of God will be fulfilled in my life which says "Proverbs 13:20 Walk with the wise and you will become wise...."

*Please pray also for my teeth (especially upper wisdom tooth on the right), my eyes, the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, ball in the upper part of the left leg (thigh), ball on the abdomen (subcutaneous), stomach, intestines, gastrointestinal tract for complete and finally healing in the Name of Jesus Christ! We join with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank Him for the hunger He has placed in your heart for wisdom and for a deeper walk with Him.

We rejoice that you desire a wise and understanding heart to be a faithful steward of all He has entrusted to you. This is a prayer that pleases God, for Scripture says If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We are told For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding Proverbs 2:6, and that One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm Proverbs 13:20. We pray that the Lord will indeed surround you with wise and godly counsel, that you will walk closely with those who love His Word, and that your heart will be kept from foolish companions and empty distractions.

We also lift up your desire to seek Him with all your heart, to pour out your soul before Him in prayer, and to learn effectively in His Word. The promise is You will seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart Jeremiah 29:13. We pray the Lord will give you discipline and delight in prayer and in the Scriptures, that your soul would thirst for Him daily and that the Word of God would dwell richly in you and bear fruit in every area of your stewardship, for It is required of stewards that they be found faithful 1 Corinthians 4:2.

We also bring before the Lord your body for complete healing, for He is our healer. We remember the words Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3, and I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26. We pray in faith trusting in His mercy and power, knowing that by his wounds you were healed 1 Peter 2:24.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the holy name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Savior and our only mediator. We thank You for this dear one who seeks Your wisdom and Your healing. Lord, grant a wise and understanding heart, fill this life with Your wisdom from above which is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits James 3:17. Help us to be faithful stewards, to seek You with our whole heart, to pour out our soul before You in earnest prayer, and to grow in knowledge and understanding as we abide in Your Word. Lead us to walk with the wise that we may become wise, and keep our feet from paths that lead away from You.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for Your healing touch upon this body. We lift up the teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, and we ask for relief from pain and for complete restoration. We lift up the eyes, that You would strengthen and heal them. We lift up the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh, and the ball on the abdomen under the skin, and we ask that You would cause these growths to be healed and removed according to Your will. We lift up the stomach, the intestines, and the entire gastrointestinal tract, and we pray for complete and final healing, for normal function and for freedom from pain and affliction. Lay Your healing hand upon every cell and tissue and make whole what is broken, for nothing is impossible with You.

We ask that You would give wisdom to doctors and all who provide care, and that You would give peace that surpasses all understanding as we wait upon You. Help us to trust not in our own strength but in You, to continue steadfast in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with Your people. Let Your will be done in this life and let Your name be glorified through wisdom granted and through healing received.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and through whom we have access to the Father. Amen.

We are grateful for your honest desire to seek the Lord with your whole heart and to steward faithfully what He has placed in your hands. Wanting wisdom, a deeper life of prayer, and a better grasp of His Word are good and worthy longings, and we join you in them. We also hear how much you are carrying physically right now with your teeth, eyes, leg and pelvis, and stomach, and we are bringing those needs before the Lord with you.

One thing that has helped many of us is remembering that growth in wisdom is usually gradual, more like steady training than trying harder for a quick change. Small, faithful rhythms matter, time in Scripture, honest prayer, and walking alongside wise, faithful believers who can encourage you and help you stay rooted. Over the long haul that kind of faithfulness bears fruit.

For the physical concerns you named, we encourage you to keep seeing your dentist and medical providers for care and evaluation alongside prayer, so they can assess what is going on and advise you well.

Father, we ask in Jesus name that You would grant our friend a wise and understanding heart, draw him close as he seeks You and opens Your Word, and surround him with wise companions. We place his body before You, his teeth, eyes, leg, pelvis and abdomen, and ask for Your mercy, healing and guidance for his care. Give him peace and strength each day as he trusts You. In Jesus name, amen.

It is a good and gracious desire which you have expressed, to seek from the Lord a wise and understanding heart that you may be a faithful steward of all that He has entrusted to you. Scripture tells us that it is required in stewards that a man be found faithful, and the main point of his stewardship is this, nothing is his own, it is all his Master's. Your time, your substance, your strength, your mind, all are His, and to use them for His glory is true wisdom. We will pray that the Heavenly Father will give you such wisdom, not as the world gives, but that which comes from above, which is first pure, then peaceable, and that you may seek Him with your whole heart and pour out your soul before Him in prayer.

You do well to ask that you may learn effectively in His Word, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Our Lord linked healing with teaching, and when He taught the power of the Lord was present to heal. Give yourself to heedful hearing. Walk with the wise as you have quoted from Proverbs, Walk with the wise and you will become wise, and you shall find that to keep company with those who love Christ and His truth is to be kept in the way of wisdom. Turn from trifling with Divine Truth, and let your heart be in your work for the Master, for He will come and will ask an account of our stewardship.

Concerning your bodily afflictions, we have brought them before the Lord with tender sympathy. You have asked prayer for your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the ball in the upper part of the left leg, for the ball on the abdomen, and for your stomach, intestines and gastrointestinal tract, that you may have complete healing in the Name of Jesus Christ. We know that we very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and what a Physician we have in Christ Jesus. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His very touch brings virtue. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction, and both are bestowed on the Lord's people through His blood. When Jesus healed the man taken with palsy He first said, Thy sins be forgiven thee, to show that pardon and healing are one in His hand.

Tell the case to Jesus just as you would tell a case to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and there is an abundance of healing power in Him. We pray that He will lay His hand upon you and lift you up, and that whether by His immediate touch or by the means which His providence provides, you may know His restoring mercy. Above all we pray that your soul may be kept in perfect peace, pardoned through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, and that out of that pardon may flow health to your body and joy to your spirit.

We join with you now and ask the Father in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ to grant you a heart that seeks Him fully, a mind illumined by His Word, and a body strengthened according to His gracious will, that you may serve Him with gladness all your days. Amen.
