HEALING AND WISDOM

*Let us pray that Heavenly Father will give me a wise and understanding heart so that I can be a good steward of all that He has entrusted to me, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will help me to seek Him with all my heart, to pour out my whole soul before Him in prayer, and to learn effectively in His Word, in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! Let's pray that the Word of God will be fulfilled in my life which says "Proverbs 13:20 Walk with the wise and you will become wise...."

*Please pray also for my teeth (especially upper wisdom tooth on the right), my eyes, the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, ball in the upper part of the left leg (thigh), ball on the abdomen (subcutaneous), stomach, intestines, gastrointestinal tract for complete and finally healing in the Name of Jesus Christ! We join with you in prayer for wisdom and for healing and we thank you for seeking the Lord with such a sincere heart.

We love your desire for a wise and understanding heart to be a good steward of all that God has entrusted to you. This is exactly the prayer that pleased the Lord when Solomon prayed it. As it is written, 1 Kings 3:9 Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil. And we are promised James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We pray that the Heavenly Father will pour out upon you that liberal wisdom, that you may steward well your time, your health, your resources and your calling for His glory.

We also stand with you in your desire to seek Him with all your heart, to pour out your whole soul before Him, and to learn effectively in His Word. The Lord promises Jeremiah 29:13 You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. And we are encouraged Psalm 62:8 Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us. We pray that your prayer life would deepen and that your study of the Word would be fruitful and transforming, for Joshua 1:8 says This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein, for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success. May the Lord make you hungry for His Word and faithful to walk in it.

We also agree with you for the fulfillment of Proverbs 13:20 He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm. We pray the Lord will surround you with wise, godly counsel and fellowship that sharpens you and draws you closer to Christ, and that you will be a wise companion to others as well.

We lift up your physical needs to our great Physician, for we know He cares for every part of your body. We pray for your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, for the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh, for the ball on the abdomen, and for your stomach, intestines and entire gastrointestinal tract. We ask for complete and lasting healing in the name of Jesus Christ.

We pray the promises of God over you, Psalm 103:2-3 Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We know the Lord is Yahweh who heals us as He declared in Exodus 15:26, and that by His wounds we are healed as written in Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.

So we pray together now. Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the holy name of Jesus Christ. We ask You to grant our brother a wise and understanding heart like You gave to Solomon, that he may be a faithful steward of all You have placed in his hands. Help him to seek You with all his heart, to pour out his soul before You daily, and to delight and grow in Your Word. Surround him with wise companions and make him wise as he walks with You. Father, we lay our hands in prayer upon his body and ask for Your healing touch. Touch his teeth and that wisdom tooth, his eyes, his left leg and pelvis, the growths in his thigh and on his abdomen, and his stomach and intestines. Remove pain, inflammation and disease, restore what is damaged, and bring complete healing according to Your perfect will. Strengthen his faith as he waits on You and let Your peace guard his heart. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who alone gives us access to You and by whom we are saved. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to abide in the Word, to walk closely with wise and godly believers, and to trust the Lord both for wisdom and for healing, knowing that He hears and answers according to His perfect love and timing.

Thank you for inviting us to pray with you. Your longing to have a wise and understanding heart and to be a faithful steward of what God has placed in your hands is beautiful, and we are glad to stand with you in that.

We also hear how much you are carrying physically right now, from your wisdom tooth and eyes to your leg and pelvis and the concerns in your thigh, abdomen and stomach. That is a lot to hold, and we will bring each of these before the Lord with you. Alongside prayer, we encourage you to stay connected to a trusted dentist and medical doctor for these symptoms so they can care for you well and follow up as needed.

One thing that has helped many of us is remembering that growing in wisdom and in the Word is usually a slow, lifelong process with ups and downs, not a quick fix. It grows as we keep showing up in simple ways, spending time in Scripture, pouring out our hearts in prayer, worshiping and walking with other wise believers, all depending on the Holy Spirit to make the growth happen in His way for each of us.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. Grant a wise and understanding heart, draw them close as they seek You and open Your Word, and place wise companions around them. We ask for Your mercy and healing touch on their body, and for wisdom for those caring for them. Give peace and strength each day. In Jesus name, amen.

We join with you in prayer before the throne of grace, and we thank the Lord for the desire He has placed in your heart after wisdom and after Himself.

You ask for a wise and understanding heart that you may be a good steward of all that the Master has entrusted to you. This is a prayer which God delights to answer, for nothing is our own, it is all our Master's, and the faithful steward remembers that he must labor for the good of his fellow servants and keep watch for his Lord's appearing. We pray that the Father will give you liberally of that heavenly wisdom which Solomon sought, not merely the maxims of worldly prudence which this world can teach, but that Incarnate Wisdom who speaks out of the Word of God. As it is written, Walk with the wise and you will become wise, so we pray the Lord will place your feet among godly counselors, keep you in the company of those who love His Word, and cause you to seek Him with your whole heart, pouring out your soul before Him in prayer and learning effectively in the Holy Scriptures. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God, and when Christ teaches, healing is wont to come with the teaching.

We also bring before the Lord your body and its many infirmities. You have asked for the healing of your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, your eyes, the entire left leg and the left side of the pelvis, the ball in the upper part of the left leg, the ball upon the abdomen, and your stomach, intestines and gastrointestinal tract. We know that all individuals in every nation need healing, and that our great Physician has healing in His wings. The leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. Pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction, and when Jesus healed the sick He showed that His power reaches both to soul and to body. We pray that the Lord will lay His pardoning and healing hand upon you, that He who has begun a good work in you will work health and cure according to His perfect will, whether by His immediate touch or by the means which His providence appoints. We ask not from presumption but from humble dependence upon His mercy, that He would ease pain, restore what is disordered, and give you strength to serve Him.

Continue to look to Jesus, to trust His wisdom and to lean upon His power when you meet with difficulty or opposition. Cast your whole care upon Him who cares for you, and let your heart be kept in the still small voice of His Word which alone confers the peace which passes all understanding.

We will keep you in prayer, that the Word of the Lord may be fulfilled in your life, that you may walk in wisdom, steward well what He has given, and know His healing and keeping grace. We ask all this in the holy name of Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom alone is salvation and healing. Amen.
