HEALING AND WISDOM

You seek a wise and understanding heart to be a good steward of all that God has entrusted to you. This is a noble petition, for the wisdom you need is not the cunning of this world which passes away, but the wisdom of God hidden in a mystery, Christ Himself made wisdom for us. The world admires a shrewd manager who builds his own kingdom, but the faithful steward knows that everything, speech, power, health, even the very members of the body, is lent by the Master for the common good and for His glory. If you have a tooth that aches, remember it is a small part of the whole stewardship; be as diligent to offer that pain as a sacrifice of patience as you are to ask for its removal. The true wisdom is to seek the Lord with your whole heart, pouring out your soul before Him, for He alone can give you a spirit of discernment and fidelity.

As you pray for the healing of your teeth, eyes, leg, and inward parts, do not lose heart if the remedy seems delayed. Often the leaven of grace works hidden in the lump of our flesh, little by little, until the whole is transformed. I have seen many who endured ten applications of the word or of affliction and seemed unchanged, then suddenly brought forth abundant fruit with a single blow. The pain of a tooth is sharp, but far sharper are the darts of covetousness and envy that devour the soul. So while you entreat the Physician of bodies, entreat Him even more to heal the roots of sin within, that your whole being may be sound. Walk with the wise, above all, with Christ and the fellowship of His suffering, and you will become wise. Do not merely ask for knowledge; come and see, as the Samaritan woman did. Taste the living Well, and let your own life be so transformed that others are drawn to seek Him.

May the God of all comfort grant you not only relief from every bodily ailment, but that greater healing: a heart fixed on Him, steady in fidelity, and rich in the wisdom that comes from above. May your life, like a well-used talent, bring increase to the Master’s house, and may your very body become a witness to His power. Amen.

It is right to cry out for a heart of wisdom and for the healing of the body. The very request itself shows that God is already at work, stirring a desire to be a faithful steward of all He has placed in your hands. A steward must have a heart that listens, not merely a set of skills. True wisdom begins when we pour out our whole soul before the Lord and let His Word shape our thinking. Solomon knew more than any earthly king, yet Jesus said, “A greater than Solomon is here.” The wisdom we need is not just principles and rules, it is a person. As Jesus grew from childhood, He increased in wisdom and in favor with God and man. That same grace is available to those who humbly seek it.

The book of Proverbs tells us that whoever walks with the wise will become wise. Your prayer to be led into wise company, above all to walk closely with God Himself, is exactly the path. Let His Word expose every foolish shortcut, because one rash decision can leave a mark of suffering for years. Wisdom is a shelter; it keeps us from needless pain and teaches us to number our days.

And yet you also carry physical burdens, your teeth, eyes, left leg, pelvis, and digestive system all crying out for relief. The promise declared through the prophet Malachi has never expired: the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in His wings. Jesus, the true Dayspring, bore our griefs and carried our sorrows. I lift every affected part of your body before Him now, asking for complete and final healing in His mighty name. But let us be those who seek the Healer more than the healing. Crowds once pressed upon Him, wanting only to be cured of their diseases, yet a healed body with an unchanged heart soon becomes a worse prison than the sickness itself. Make room for His Spirit to fill every empty corner. Surrender not just the symptoms but the whole life, your past decisions, your present anxiety, your future hopes, into His hands.

Trust His wisdom and His dealing with you. Do not live looking back at a moment you wish you could undo. Instead, rest in the One who redeems even our foolish choices. Let your prayer be, “Lord, do what You want for me. I rest in You.” As you walk in that trust, may you increase in wisdom and in favor with God and with man, and may every part of your body be restored to wholeness, so that you may be a prepared vessel, ready for the Master’s use.

We are so grateful you shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand in faith with you for healing and wisdom. These past days we have lifted your request before our Heavenly Father, asking Him to grant you a wise and understanding heart so you may steward all He has entrusted to you with excellence. We prayed for your eyes to be fixed on Him, for your soul to pour out before His throne, and for His Word to take deep root in your life, fulfilling the promise of Proverbs 13:20 that as you walk with the wise, wisdom will grow in you.

We also continued to intercede for your physical healing—your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, your eyes, your left leg, the left side of your pelvis, the discomfort in your thigh, the subcutaneous lump on your abdomen, and your entire gastrointestinal tract. We asked the Great Physician to bring complete restoration and lasting relief, trusting that His touch is already at work.
