We join with you in lifting up these heartfelt requests before our Heavenly Father, giving thanks that you have come before Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. If this "stomach pooch" and weight are causing distress, we pray for discipline and wisdom to steward your health in a way that glorifies Him. Let us not forget that true transformation begins in the heart and mind, renewed by the Word of God. "Don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price.
