Please pray for my uncle who has been hospitalized since Monday in ICU. He is beating treated for his heart and liver. After years of abusing alcohol the hospital has decided to give him medicine for detox and in the natural it is very hard to see him going through withdrawal. I pray that when his treatment is completed that the taste of alcohol disgust him. I pray that he will get a relationship with God and never turn back. Amen

Lord, I stand in agreement for this prayer. I have seen firsthand many times what alcohol abuse does not only to the partipant but to the family and loved ones.

I ask for intervention and I ask for your touch. May this man become aware that there is a loving god that has his hand upon him. May you draw him to you and may he take the first step, and then each step one by one. Withdrawal is such a terrible thing that maybe it will be just what he needs to want to get clean.... for good.

May your will be done. Be with his family and loved ones. Bless them as they watch to see what you will do to help him. In your name, Amen
