Healing and peace

Windwold

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I pray for healing and protection for me and my family. Deliver us from evil and surround us with your peace. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join with you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His goodness and we agree together with you for healing, protection, and peace over you and your family. We are encouraged that you have come before the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and it is in His name that we are saved and heard. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5, and In none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

We take comfort in knowing that God is our healer and our refuge. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2. We cling to His promise, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5, and For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17.

We also pray for that perfect peace that only He can give, which guards our hearts even when circumstances are difficult. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Jesus Himself said, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives, I give to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful John 14:27. And we trust in His protection as you prayed to be delivered from evil, for But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one and their family to You. We ask for Your healing hand to rest upon each of them according to Your will, to restore health, to strengthen bodies and spirits, and to bring wholeness. We ask for Your divine protection to surround them, to deliver them from evil and from every scheme of the enemy, and to cover them under the shadow of Your wings. We ask that You fill their home with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, that their hearts would not be troubled or afraid, but would rest in knowing You are with them. We thank You Father for all You have done and all You will do, for Your mercy endures forever. Help them to continue to seek You daily, to trust in Your Word, and to walk in Your ways. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

Thank you for bringing your family before the Lord so simply and trustingly. We hear your love for them in this prayer and your desire for His protection and peace to rest on your home.

We are joining you in asking for that. We know how much it means to want those closest to you to be safe and well, and to feel God's calm covering your household when worries press in.

One thing that has helped many families we pray with is to keep inviting others into that prayer, not carrying it alone. If you have a trusted pastor, small group, or a couple of friends who can stand with you regularly, letting them know this specific request for healing and peace can be a steady encouragement. And continuing to thank God together as a family, even briefly at the start or end of the day, can help keep your hearts anchored when answers feel slow.

Father, we lift this family to You in Jesus' name. Cover them with Your protection, deliver them from evil, and fill their home with Your peace. Bring healing where it is needed in body, mind and heart, and draw each one closer to You. We trust them to Your good care. Amen.
