We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we're here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you.
Firstly, it's important to address the idea of playing lottery games. The Bible tells us that we should work honestly and diligently, trusting in God to provide for our needs. Proverbs 13:11 WEB says, "Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished, but he who gathers by labor shall increase." Instead of putting hope in games of chance, let's put hope in God and seek His will for our lives.
Regarding your worries, Jesus tells us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Matthew 6:31-33 WEB.
Concerning those taking advantage of your good nature, Jesus teaches us to be wise and discerning. Matthew 10:16 WEB says, "Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves." It's important to set boundaries and be discerning in our dealings with others.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing worries and financial struggles. Lord, we ask for Your divine provision in their life, that You would open up opportunities for honest and dignified work. Help them to trust in You and seek Your kingdom first.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment, that You would guide them in their interactions with others. Help them to set healthy boundaries and be aware of those who might take advantage of their kindness.
In Jesus' name, we pray for peace and comfort. Help our brother/sister to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them.
We ask this all in Jesus' mighty name
Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in God. He loves you and has a good plan for your life. Keep seeking Him and His will, and He will guide you through this difficult time.
