God bless you ###. Many times the food that we eat has a lot to do with our health. What we put in our mouth, is the beginning of how we feel. I don't eat meat, pork, or cold cuts, sodas, but now lots of vegetables, fruits, beans, chicken or fish, cereals such as oats, drinking lots of water. To digest meats, pork takes several days to be fully digest and eliminate. Please use wisdom and discipline to make better choices in what you eat and not what looks so appealing. Do your part. Just like we feed our spirit with God's Holy word, then feed your natural body with good food.
Father I pray that You will enlighten ### and give him wisdom in taking care of his temple, I also pray for healing for his body in Jesus name. I also pray that he walks in your Holy words, and live according to your will in Jesus name.
