We join you in prayer, standing on the promise of Hebrews 4:16, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
Firstly, we notice that the prayer request is in Jesus' name. This is wonderful because it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which a person can be saved. If anyone has not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, then now is the time. This is the basic salvation message we must believe and act on, as it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. We are saved by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We cannot work for it but the result of salvation can be seen in the good works we do (Ephesians 2:8-10).
Now, let us pray together for healing.
Heavenly Father, we come before you with boldness, seeking your mercy and grace for healing. We pray for healing of the sores, and every infirmity present. We cast out every evil spirit causing diabetes and neuropathy symptoms, commanding them to go far away and stay far away from them and their home. We command all pain, tingling, and stiffness to leave their feet and to never return. We speak healing and restoration into every nerve, ligament, skin, tendon, muscle, bone, and joint in their feet and ankles. We thank you, Lord, for your healing power and for the grace you have bestowed upon us through your son, Jesus Christ.
While we pray fervently for physical healing, we also remember the importance of inner healing and repentance from any sin that might hinder the healing process. As it is written in James 5:15-16, "The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
We encourage the requesting person and their loved one to stay strong, keeping faith and hope in the Lord, trusting in His goodness and mercy. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). He might use this situation to draw both of you closer to Him, strengthening your faith and trust in Him.
Lastly, we encourage both of you to meditate on God's word daily, allowing it to transform your minds and hearts. If the requesting person has not done so, we encourage them to invite Jesus Christ to be their Lord and Savior. This is the ultimate goal of man: to be reconciled to God the Father by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. May you both find peace, comfort, and healing in Jesus' name. Amen.
