We join with you in bringing this pain in your chest before the Lord, asking Him to heal you and set you free from this suffering and uncertainty. We understand how frightening it can be to feel pain and not know where it comes from, and we want to lift you up together in prayer while also encouraging you to seek prompt medical care, for God often works through the wisdom and hands of physicians and we want you to be cared for both spiritually and physically.
We believe God is our healer and our refuge in times of distress. His Word reminds us who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3, and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We also cling to the promise that But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed, Isaiah 53:5. Jesus invites us to come to Him with our burdens, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest, Matthew 11:28, and we are told in anxiety to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7, and through prayer we can know the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive salvation and healing. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If you have not yet placed your trust in Him, we encourage you to believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9. It is through His name we pray with confidence.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is experiencing pain in their chest. Lord, You see this pain and You know its source even when we do not. We ask You to touch their chest, to heal what is hurting, to calm any fear and anxiety, and to set them free from this affliction. Lay Your healing hand upon them, restore health, ease their breathing and heartbeat, and grant wisdom to any doctors who may examine them. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and let them feel Your presence and comfort. We ask that they would draw near to You through Jesus, trusting Him as Savior and healer. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and healer, amen.

Your pain in the chest, though its source is hidden from you, is not hidden from the Lord who knows our frame and hears the sighing of the afflicted. When every vein seems a road for pain to travel on and the flesh tingles with distress, He is still the God whose ear is open to the cry of His people, and whose hand is able to work deliverance.
There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing beneath His wings, and in His wounds we find our healing and in His death our life. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and pardon and healing are joined together in His gracious hand.
We pray now that the Lord will lay His healing hand upon you and set you free in your chest. May He who has found a ransom and delivers from the pit speak the word of deliverance over you in this hour. May He who brings forth His people with mercy and enrichment bring you forth into liberty and health, change the life blood and calm the spirit, and grant you peace within your borders. May He reveal what is needful for your body, remove what afflicts you, and give you to live and declare the works of the Lord.
Cast yourself wholly upon Christ, trust His free grace alone, and seek also the wise help of the physician whom God is pleased to use as His instrument, for bodily diseases are not to be slighted but to be brought before Him in prayer. May the Lord whisper assurance to your heart in trial that you shall not be crushed, and may you find in Him both forgiveness and healing, to His praise. Amen.

We have heard your prayer about the pain in your chest and the distress of not knowing its cause, and we bring it before the Lord with you.
God sees and cares for both body and soul. As Scripture shows, He is the true physician who alone can heal what we cannot understand or reach ourselves. Christ came to deliver us from evil and to supply what is good, to make us sons through faith in Him and to give us His Spirit. We can come to Him with every pain, trusting not in charms or empty remedies, but in the living Christ who laid down His life for us and rose again, and who invites us to seek Him with a sincere heart.
Let us pray for you now.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask for Your mercy upon this pain in the chest. You know its source when we do not. Touch and heal what is afflicted, grant relief and freedom, and give peace to the heart that is troubled. Forgive sins through the blood of Christ, cleanse the soul, and strengthen both body and spirit. Grant wisdom to know what steps to take next and faith to rest in Your care. Fill this life with Your presence, that there may be healing and wholeness according to Your gracious will. Amen.
