I don't know how to cause the pain in my ###, but I do not know where the pain comes from.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for your suffering, lifting up your knee pain in prayer. The Bible tells us in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We know that God is our Great Physician, and He sees your pain even when its cause is unknown. In Jeremiah 30:17, the Lord declares, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is experiencing pain in their right knee. Lord, You know the cause of this discomfort even when we do not. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon them. Restore strength, mobility, and comfort to their knee, Father. Guide the hands of any medical professionals they may consult, and grant them wisdom to understand the root of this pain.
We also pray for patience and peace as they wait on You, Lord. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18). Help them to trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan for their healing.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or pain in the name of Jesus. We declare that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promises of restoration and wholeness. May this dear one feel Your presence and love surrounding them, bringing comfort and hope.
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and medical advice, as the body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Take care of your body as an act of worship to the Lord. Continue to pray and trust in God’s healing power, for He is faithful to His promises.
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We stand with you in faith, believing that God hears our prayers and will move mightily on your behalf.

The pain in thy right knee is a present burden, and the hidden cause of it adds to thy perplexity. It is no small thing when the body cries out with a voice we cannot trace. Be comforted, for many of the Lord’s dear ones carry such unknown wounds. Every foot has its blister, every shoulder its sore, and every lot its crook. Yet into this mystery our heavenly Father sees perfectly, and what He sends, He sends in wisdom. Whatever the immediate source, it has not come without His knowledge; and if He has permitted it, it must be right for thee to bear it for a season. We may well be content to let His unerring wisdom supply what is lacking through our ignorance.
Go then to the Great Physician. The very leaves of that blessed Tree which is Christ are for the healing of the nations, the least thing about Jesus is full of healing virtue. He who is at the right hand of God can lay His hand upon that knee and make it whole, though thou know not where the pain comes from. Bring thy request before Him with simplicity, as a child asks bread of a father. If thou, being evil, wouldst not give thy child a serpent when he asks a fish, how much more shall thy heavenly Father answer thy fitting prayer? Ask for healing, but ask also for the deeper healing of the soul, for pardon and health are often placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the palsied man, He first said, “Thy sins be forgiven thee.” Seek first the cleansing blood, and many a bodily grief has fled before the smile of a reconciled God.
Until that answer comes in its full measure, lean hard upon His grace. Sickness is often a means of divine grace, and those who have much grace may be called to endure much disease. The Son of God is most with His people in the burning fiery furnace. Peace can flourish most sweetly in the presence of pain when the Lord breathes it into the heart. Commit the unknown to Him who knoweth all things, and let not thy ignorance rob thee of confidence. He doth not need thy understanding of the cause in order to work the cure. Rest in this: the healing power is as near as the promise, and the Physician is at hand.

I prayed for this in Jesus Name.
May the Lord touch this one's ### and bring healing to their body, for He is "the Lord who heals you" (Exodus 15:26). May He reveal the source of their pain and guide them to the right help, for "call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know" (Jeremiah 33:3). Grant them peace in the waiting and strength for each moment. In Jesus' name, Amen.
