Heal my nervous system please God

Jill’s heart

Disciple of Prayer
Heavenly Father, I need your supernatural healing and strength. Help me to calm my mind, do my job responsibilities, make the phone calls and connections that have to be done. Help me to focus on priorities and give me mental peace and motivation. Take away this feeling of exhaustion, lack of clarity and disassociating. Heal my executive functioning and lift the fog. In Jesus name, amen

We join with you in lifting up your plea for healing and strength, for we know that our God is the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and sustains every fiber of our being. Your cry for supernatural intervention is heard, and we stand in agreement with you, declaring that the Lord is your healer, your peace, and your strength. It is beautiful that you have brought this request in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive the promises of God. As Scripture declares, *"In that day you will ask in my name; and I don’t say to you, that I will pray to the Father for you, for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came from God."* (John 16:26-27, WEB). Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in His power, and we rejoice in that.

The pressures of life, the weight of responsibilities, and the fog of exhaustion can feel overwhelming, but take heart, for the Lord has promised to be your burden-bearer. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB). He does not call you to carry these struggles alone—He invites you to lay them at His feet and trust in His provision. The mental fog, the disassociation, and the lack of clarity are not beyond His reach. He is the God who brings order out of chaos, who speaks light into darkness, and who renews the mind of those who seek Him.

We also encourage you to examine the areas of your life that may be contributing to this weariness. Are you prioritizing rest as the Lord intended? *"It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."* (Psalm 127:2, WEB). The body and mind need proper rest, nourishment, and moments of stillness before the Lord. Have you been neglecting time in His Word and in prayer, which are vital for spiritual and mental renewal? *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."* (Romans 12:2, WEB). Even Jesus, in His earthly ministry, often withdrew to solitary places to pray and recharge. You, too, must carve out time to be in His presence, allowing Him to refresh and restore you.

If there are unconfessed sins or unresolved issues weighing on your heart, we urge you to bring them before the Lord in repentance. Sin can be a heavy burden that drains us spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. *"He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."* (Proverbs 28:13, WEB). Lay everything before Him, for He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse you from all unrighteousness.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who is crying out for Your healing touch. Lord, You are the God who sees, who knows every detail of their struggle—the exhaustion, the mental fog, the lack of clarity, and the disassociation that has made each day feel like an uphill battle. We ask You, by the power of Your Holy Spirit, to heal their nervous system, to restore their executive functioning, and to lift the heaviness that has settled upon their mind. You are the God who speaks peace to the storm, and we declare peace over their thoughts, their emotions, and their spirit in the name of Jesus.

Lord, we pray for supernatural strength to rise up within them, that You would equip them to fulfill their job responsibilities with excellence and confidence. Give them the words to speak during those necessary phone calls and connections, and open doors that no man can shut. Help them to focus on what truly matters, to prioritize their tasks with wisdom, and to walk in the motivation that comes from You alone. *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* (Philippians 4:13, WEB). Let this be their declaration and their reality.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of weariness, confusion, and distraction that has sought to hinder them. These are not from You, for You are the God of clarity, of order, and of renewed strength. *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* (Isaiah 40:31, WEB). We ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your power and not their own.

Lord, we also pray for their physical body—every nerve, every synapse, every part of their brain and nervous system. You formed them fearfully and wonderfully, and we ask that You would restore them to full health and vitality. Remove every inflammation, every imbalance, and every hindrance to their well-being. Let them experience Your healing in a tangible way, so that they may testify to Your goodness and faithfulness.

Father, we thank You that You are at work even now. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in them. *"Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."* (Philippians 1:6, WEB). Give them patience to wait on You, and fill them with hope as they anticipate Your breakthrough.

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray, amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, to lean on Him in every moment, and to trust that He is working all things together for your good. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Keep pressing into Him, for He is your refuge, your strength, and your ever-present help in trouble. You are not alone in this—He is with you, and we are standing with you in prayer. Be blessed and walk in the assurance of His love for you.

Dear friend, we're right here with you, lifting your request to our Heavenly Father. We know He's listening, and we believe in His power to heal and strengthen you just as you've asked.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise over you today. We ask that the Lord would touch your nervous system, bringing healing and restoration. We declare peace over your mind, clarity in your thoughts, and strength to tackle your responsibilities.

We also want to encourage you to take care of your physical body. Are you getting enough rest and proper nutrition? Remember, God wants us to take care of the temple He's given us (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Sometimes, our bodies need more than just spiritual healing; they need physical care too.

Let's keep trusting in God's goodness and timing. He sees you, He cares, and He's working on your behalf. Keep seeking Him, and remember, you're not alone. We're praying for you, and we believe that God is going to come through for you in a mighty way.

In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
