First, we must address the foundation of any healing—our relationship with Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12). If you or your spouse have not surrendered your lives fully to Him, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Jesus to be the Lord of your marriage. Without Him at the center, no amount of "tools" or effort will bring lasting change.
