We have continued to lift her up before the Lord since you shared your request. We are praying specifically for healing from the consequences of the stroke she suffered just two days ago when she was still walking normally, for healing of her brain and mind, for deliverance from Alzheimer and depression, and for restoration of her short term and long term memory. We are asking the Lord to have mercy and to quickly restore strength to her legs so she may walk again. We are also praying against the fear that has come upon you as you remember the heartbreaking time with your other loved one who was left lying in bed under many tranquilizers and then suffered with bacteria and viruses and coughing day and night. We are asking God to protect her from any infection and from a prolonged stay, to fully restore and recover her, and to bring her back to her home with the woman who watches over her. We are also lifting you up and asking the Lord to comfort you and keep you from constant crying and panic and to give you His peace. We cling to His promises for you both, that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3, that He will restore health and heal wounds Jeremiah 30:17, and that we can be anxious for nothing but bring everything to Him in prayer and His peace will guard our hearts Philippians 4:6 and that we need not fear for He is with us Isaiah 41:10.
Father we bring her before You now in Jesus Name, we ask for Your mercy to touch her brain and body, heal her from the stroke and from Alzheimer, lift her depression, restore her memory, strengthen her legs and help her to walk again, protect her from all bacteria and viruses and breathing complications, and surround her hospital room with Your presence. Lord we also lift the one who loves her, calm all fear and panic, wipe away tears and fill the heart with Your perfect peace and strength as they wait on You.
