He didn't promise me an absence of storms but he promised he will be with me always. I am being tested by the people reporting to me; they are constantly throwing rocks my way and trying to make me look bad and look incompetent. From tomorrow I will be starting disciplinary procedures and I need God's guidance and strength; I want God to lead the way in the meetings. Whatever the outcome, may it all be well with my soul. In Jesus' name, Amen.
