having a anxiety attack

I prayed for a good night sleep, but I fell asleep around 2:30 and woke up about 10 minutes ago and I can't fall back asleep

It's really upsetting me because I'm pregnant and I have my two children. Seems like I'm feeling worse, I really need God's help now. I pray for him to help me, I feel so scared. I want to be able to go back to sleep and feel better. I pray to overcome this in Jesus name.

Anxiety attack

Had an anxiety attack earlier when I convinced myself I had bed bugs. I don’t have them but I do have heat rash which is meant there’s spots on my arm. I’m still quite anxious, please pray this anxiety can be relieved.
