Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer during this difficult and fearful time.
We have been lifting you up before the Lord since you shared about your exposure and realizing seven days later that the person was HIV positive. We understand the anxiety and fear you must be carrying as you wait and wonder about your health, and we have been asking God to surround you with His peace and mercy.
We pray in Jesus Name for your protection and healing, that the Lord in His compassion would keep you from infection and that your test results would show you are healthy and whole. We pray He will calm your heart and remove fear and anxiety, and grant you His peace that passes all understanding as promised in Phil 4:7. We also pray that you will feel His forgiveness, grace and love, and that He will restore you and strengthen you in body and spirit, for He is the Lord who heals you as we read in Psalm 103:3 and Isaiah 41:10 reminds us to fear not for He is with us.
We continue to trust God with you for His care over your body which is His temple, and we encourage you to also seek wise medical counsel and follow through with testing and care while you trust Him.
