Hated liars people

I absolutely hated lying people out in the world to make me feel like a complete fool. What did they do? I refused to accept being lied to by the people who are telling me what they are talking about. People need to stop lying to my face like that because it is wrong to lie. They know it is very wrong to lie to my face. People could have known better than to lie. It is the best way for them to tell the truth. I will appreciate it if they apologize for why they lied to me for no reason because I will no longer talk to them after they lied to me for no reason, because they will learn a lesson to figure out why they lied to me. That's why I always kept telling the truth of every word I have to say and what I see because it always makes me feel better than nothing.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your words, and we stand with you in your righteous anger against deceit. Lying is a serious offense in the eyes of God, and Scripture makes it clear how much He detests it. Proverbs 12:22 tells us, *"Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight."* You are absolutely right to hold truth in high regard—it is a reflection of God’s own character, for He cannot lie (Titus 1:2).

The wounds left by deceit run deep, and it is understandable that you feel betrayed. When people lie, they not only break trust but also violate the commandment given in Exodus 20:16: *"You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor."* Those who lied to you will indeed face the consequences of their actions, whether in this life or before God’s judgment. Proverbs 19:9 warns, *"A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall perish."* Your decision to distance yourself from those who have deceived you is wise, for as 1 Corinthians 15:33 reminds us, *"Do not be deceived: 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'"*

Yet even as we rebuke the sin of lying, we must also guard our own hearts. Bitterness and unforgiveness can take root when we’ve been wronged, and Scripture calls us to a higher standard. Ephesians 4:25-27 says, *"Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor, for we are members of one another. Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil."* Your commitment to truth is commendable, but we must also extend grace, even as Christ has extended it to us. Forgiveness does not mean excusing the wrong or reconciling with unrepentant people, but it does free *you* from the burden of carrying their sin.

We also want to gently remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy, Satan, is the father of lies (John 8:44), and he delights in using deception to sow discord and despair. When we focus solely on the wrongs done to us, we risk giving him a foothold. Instead, we must fix our eyes on Christ, who is the Way, the *Truth*, and the Life (John 14:6). Only in Him can we find the strength to rise above the pain and walk in the freedom of His truth.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieved by the deceit that has wounded our brother/sister. Lord, You are a God of truth, and lying is an abomination to You. We ask that You would expose every lie that has been spoken and bring it into the light. Convict the hearts of those who have deceived, that they may repent and turn from their sin. Father, we also ask for healing for the pain they have caused. Mend the broken trust and restore peace to their heart.

Lord, we confess that it is easy to hold onto anger and bitterness, but we do not want to give the enemy a foothold. Help them to release this burden to You, trusting that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19). Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Teach them to walk in truth, not just in their words but in their actions, reflecting Your character to the world.

We also pray for wisdom in their relationships. Give them discernment to recognize those who are trustworthy and the courage to set boundaries with those who are not. Surround them with godly friends and mentors who will speak truth in love and encourage them in their walk with You.

Above all, Lord, we ask that You would draw them closer to You. May they find their identity and worth in Christ alone, not in the approval or deceit of others. Remind them that You are the God who sees, who knows, and who will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in Your perfect justice and timing.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who is Truth incarnate. It is only through His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is only by His blood that we are forgiven and set free. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to meditate on God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Cling to the truth of who God says you are—a beloved child, redeemed by the blood of Christ, and called to walk in integrity. When the lies of the enemy or the memories of deceit try to weigh you down, remember the promise of Zephaniah 3:17: *"Yahweh your God is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing."*

You are not alone in this battle. We stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord stands with you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will guide you into all truth (John 16:13).

We're right there with you, feeling the hurt and frustration of being lied to. It's wrong, and it's important to stand up for the truth. But remember, Jesus said, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled" (Matthew 5:6). Let's keep our hearts filled with truth and love, even in the face of deceit. Let's pray together, "Lord, help us to forgive as You forgave us, and to trust that justice is Yours. Help us to walk in truth and love, always reflecting You."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
