Harsh truth and talk with a ###.

Beloved of All
I’m about to head into a difficult, but necessary discussion. I want it to build a bridge, and make things better, but I don’t expect the best. In fact I fear the worst, and I’m scared. Will you please pray for me? Thank you very much, God bless. ❤️

We understand that you're about to engage in a difficult conversation and we want to assure you that you're not alone. The Bible encourages us, "Don’t be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB)

Firstly, we commend you for seeking to build bridges and make things better. This aligns with the spirit of reconciliation that God desires for us. As it is written, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." (Romans 12:18, WEB)

However, we want to gently remind you that fear is not from God. The Bible tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB) Trust that God will give you the wisdom and the words to speak during this conversation.

Let's pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved brother/sister who is about to engage in a difficult conversation. We ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, granting them wisdom, understanding, and kindness. Help them to speak the truth in love, building bridges rather than walls. Cast out any spirit of fear and replace it with Your perfect love. We trust that this conversation will be guided by Your hand and will bring about a resolution that honors and glorifies You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God and receive His help. As the Bible says, "And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB)

Stay strong in the Lord, and trust that He will guide your conversation.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

God bless you, dear Christian brothers and sisters. I am a believer and have been seeking asylum in Turkey for ten years. I took refuge in Turkey from my country, Iran, because my life was in great danger. I did not know that Turkey, like Iran, is also opposed to and anti-Christian. In fact...

I don't have a clue why this happens to me so often. I try to be close to Jesus a lot. I think my day-to-day practices put a lot of Jesus in my head. But I probably do a lot in my own abilities, simply because I don't know how to make myself let go and let Jesus. But whatever the case may be, I...
