We have heard your cry and we are lifting you up together before the throne of grace, for we know this prolonged harassment and the creepy supernatural things you have endured are deeply distressing and we do not take them lightly.
We want you to know that what you are describing is spiritual as well as physical. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. The occult involvement you mention is real and it is forbidden by God, for there shall not be found with you anyone who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh. Deuteronomy 18:10-12. We rebuke that occult power and all demonic harassment coming against you, for it has no rightful authority over one who belongs to Christ.
We also want to lovingly point out that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We bring this up because it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and protection from the enemy. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your full trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name daily for salvation, deliverance and refuge. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9.
Because of Jesus, you need not live in fear. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4. Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you. Luke 10:19. That does not mean the warfare is not real, but it means the victory belongs to the Lord as you stand firm in Him.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we ask for Your mercy and deliverance for this dear one who has been harassed for years. Lord, You see every act, every occult practice, every supernatural intimidation that has been directed against them. We ask You to be their refuge and fortress, for he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We say of You, Yahweh, You are our refuge and our fortress, our God in whom we trust. Psalm 91:1-2. Surround them with Your presence, let Your angels encamp around them, and let no weapon that is formed against them prosper. We pray that You would expose and dismantle every occult work and every scheme of the enemy, and that You would command these harassers to be removed far from them, whether by repentance or by Your divine restraint. We also pray for the salvation of those who harass, that You would convict them of sin and bring them to repentance, but if they refuse to turn, we ask You to stop their harm and to make their works come to nothing.
Lord, we pray You would fill this dear one with Your peace and power. Teach them to put on the whole armor of God, that they may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11. Help them to be subject therefore to God and to resist the devil, that he will flee from them. James 4:7. Wash them in the Word, strengthen them through prayer and fasting, and surround them with faithful believers and pastors who can stand with them, counsel them, and help bear this burden. The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Psalm 34:17. We claim that deliverance now in Jesus' name.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in daily prayer, in reading Scripture aloud in your home, in worship, and in fellowship with a Bible believing church. Do not engage with the occult in any way, do not seek revenge or return evil for evil, and do not isolate yourself. Keep a record of any harassment for wise and lawful protection where needed, and seek godly counsel and pastoral support to walk with you through this. Keep crying out to Jesus, for Yahweh is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3.
We will continue to stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord who is greater will guard you, bring justice in His perfect time, and cause this long season of oppression to be broken by the power of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

Your long and sore trial under this harassment, with those creepy and supernatural workings that attend it, has been heard and brought before the Lord with much prayer.
There is a word for you in your distress, "He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit: I have found a ransom." In all that God does He acts from good reasons, and He has not left you to the power of darkness. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance of a sinner from the pit through a ransom if God had not thought of it, but He has not only invented the way, He has found the ransom in His own Son. The prisoner ready to be executed finds undeserved deliverance, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty. God has given commandment to save you and you shall be saved, saved from yourself and from all the attacks of your old sins, saved from the devil, saved from evil company, for God has said it, "Deliver him from going down to the Pit."
We are taught that troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground, but the Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. It is well to have grace enough to see that tribulation comes from God, who fills the bitter cup as well as the sweet goblet. Our afflictions may come distinctly from man, as the result of persecution or malice, and yet they may come with even greater certainty from the Lord and may be the necessary outcome of His special love to us. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes. That which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a father's hand, and this makes even the sharpest smart to be profitable. He looks down from the height of His sanctuary in heaven upon His people below, and though for the present you are fettered and vexed with inward fears, He resolves to set free those who are appointed to death.
Know also that deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. When Israel came out of Egypt it was Jehovah who brought forth His armies, and when any soul is saved from spiritual bondage it is the Lord Jesus who loosens the captive. Unless a supernatural power is put forth, any form of deliverance is worth nothing. If you have been born again from below you will go below, you must be born again from above if you are to go above. There is no true liberty but that of which Christ makes you free. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. He has delivered us from the fascinating power of sin, from the power of darkness, and we must look to our heavenly Father, altogether and alone, for that deliverance to be made perfect in experience.
Therefore we pray for you now.
O Lord our God, who has found a ransom and commanded deliverance from the Pit, look in grace upon this afflicted one who has been harassed for years. Keep back his soul from the Pit and his life from perishing. Deliver him by Thy supernatural power from all oppression of the enemy, from every occult working and every device of darkness. Restrain the hands of those who harass, remove their power to harm, and hedge about Thy child with Thy presence as a shield. Grant that those who are not Christians and are entangled in the occult may have their eyes opened and be turned from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins through faith in Christ. Give to Thy suffering servant patience under chastening, faith to see Thy hand even in this trial, and hope to say with the psalmist, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." Let this deliverance be wholly of Free Grace, that no flesh may glory, but that Christ may have all the honor. In the name of Jesus our Ransom, Amen.

Your cry for help has been heard, and we have brought your burden before the Lord with care and seriousness. To live under prolonged harassment, especially when it involves frightening and unexplainable things and the knowledge that those harassing you are involved in the occult, is a heavy and wearying trial. God sees what you are enduring, and He is not distant from it.
Scripture teaches that our deliverance and our hope come only through Jesus Christ. He came to deliver us from evil and to bring us into sonship, so that we who have put on Christ have received the Spirit of adoption. God alone is Lord over all creation, and no power of darkness operates outside His sovereign permission. At times He delivers His people directly from danger, as He delivered the apostle from the mouth of the lion, and at other times He permits trial to continue for a season while giving a greater deliverance, which is preservation from every evil work, keeping us from falling, strengthening us to stand, and fixing our hope on the better resurrection and eternal life. This does not mean He abandons you in suffering, but that He is able to keep you, to give you peace that guards your heart, and to teach you to not fear those who can only harm the body while your soul is secure in Christ.
We have prayed for you, and we continue to pray in this way:
Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom alone we have salvation and access to Your throne. We ask for Your mercy and protection over this dear one who is being harassed. Place Your hand of covering over them, guard their mind and body and home, and grant them peace that passes understanding. We ask that You would restrain the hands of those who harass them and bring this harassment to an end according to Your perfect wisdom and will. Give wisdom to know what practical steps to take for safety, and provide faithful believers and pastors nearby to walk with them, to counsel and to support. Clothe them in the full armor of God, help them to stand firm in Your Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with Your people, and deliver them from every evil work and from the fear of death, that they may live in the freedom with which Christ has set us free. We pray also for those who are doing this harassment, who are outside of Christ and entangled in occult darkness. Have mercy on them, open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, turn them from darkness to light, and bring them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, that they too might be saved. We ask this not because we can claim it by our own merit, but only by the grace that comes through Christ. Amen.

Beloved of All
Your request has been brought before the Lord and we have prayed for you. What you are describing is painful and heavy, to be harassed over a long time and to sense that there is a spiritual darkness behind it. God sees and He hears, and He does not overlook oppression.
Scripture shows us how to pray in such a situation. David often cried out for God to plead his cause and to bring righteous judgment when he was surrounded by deceitful and unjust people and by enemies who were too strong for him. He learned to call upon the Lord who is worthy to be praised, and he testified that God sent from above and drew him out of many waters and delivered him from his strong enemy. That same God is your deliverer. You do not have to fight this in your own strength.
Be assured also of His nearness. There is nowhere you can go from His presence. If you ascend or descend, if you go to the farthest place, He is there and He surrounds you. When the soul is bowed down and feels pressed to the dust, He still hears. His promise is that if His people humble themselves and pray and seek His face and turn from wicked ways, He will hear from heaven, forgive and bring healing and deliverance. He invites you to keep seeking Him honestly and humbly.
The Bible also teaches that spiritual forces are real and are not to be treated lightly. There are ways people open doors to darkness, especially through involvement in the occult, and there are conditions that keep those doors closed. The protection is found in belonging fully to Jesus Christ and walking in His light. Through His word you are kept from the paths of the destroyer. Stay close to Christ, stay in the Scriptures, stay in prayer, and do not dabble in or give any place to occult practices or curiosity. The one who is in Christ is greater than any power that opposes you.
Continue to walk in a way that honors God, and trust His righteous judgment rather than trying to repay evil yourself. It is right to ask God to stop the harassment and to protect you, and it is also right to pray that those who are harassing you would come to see the truth and turn to Jesus for salvation, for apart from Him every person is separated from God, which the Bible calls being spiritually dead.
We are praying for you in this way. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You see the harassment and the spiritual oppression that has gone on for years. We ask You to plead this cause and to bring Your righteous protection. Surround this person with Your presence, guard mind and body and home, and keep this life from the paths of the destroyer through Your word. Draw near and lift up from these many waters and deliver from enemies who are too strong in human strength. Shut every door that the enemy would try to use and fill this life with Your Holy Spirit and Your peace. Put a stop to the harassment in the way You know is best, and bring conviction to those who are involved in darkness that they would turn from it and seek You and find forgiveness through Jesus. Give wisdom, courage and daily strength to keep seeking Your face, and let Your mercy and help be clearly seen. Amen.
