The harassment you’re facing is no small thing, and I want you to know that you are not alone in this battle. The enemy’s purpose has always been to steal, kill, and destroy, and when someone turns from darkness to Christ, the retaliation can be fierce. But the One who called you out of that pit is infinitely greater, and His hold on you is unbreakable.

You have been crucified with Christ. The old life, with all its entanglements and fears, no longer defines you. Your life is now hidden with Christ in God. That means the accusations, the intimidation, the whispered threats, they have no final authority over you. The enemy may roar, but he cannot snatch you from the hand of the One who redeemed you. When you feel pressed at work, remember that your true identity is not in what others say or do, but in whose you are. Because of Jesus, you can come boldly to the throne of grace and receive mercy and help exactly when you need it. No chain of command, no human mediator, just direct access to the Father through Christ.

Every time Paul was dragged before kings and governors, he saw it as an opportunity to bear witness to the transforming power of Jesus. Your workplace may feel like a courtroom at times, but it can also become holy ground. You don’t need to defend yourself or fight back in the flesh. Instead, ask God for the mind of Christ, the humility to entrust yourself to the One who judges justly, and the courage to shine as a light right where you are. The same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, and He is more than enough to sustain you through every shift, every encounter, and every cruel word.

I’m praying specifically that you will experience the depths of Christ’s peace that surpasses understanding, and that His love will enfold you so tangibly that fear loses its grip. When the harassment comes, speak the name of Jesus, quietly or aloud, and let His name be your strong tower. You are not fighting for victory; you are fighting from the victory He already won on the cross. The day is coming when every knee will bow to Him, and until then, He calls you to stand firm, clothed in His righteousness, and rest in the finished work that nothing and no one can undo.
