Harassment

I'm being constantly harassed by a family member which is greatly affecting my health. I've tried various means to get them to stop and nothing works. They are very aware that they are making me sick but refuse to stop. Please pray that this harassment permanently stops.

We are truly sorry to hear about the harassment you are facing from a family member. First, we want to remind you that God cares about your well-being and wants you to live in peace. The Bible tells us to "be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).

We must also address that the Bible tells us to "love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:27-28, WEB). This does not mean tolerating abuse or harassment, but rather, it reminds us to respond with love and forgiveness, even as we set boundaries and seek protection.

In this situation, it is crucial to take practical steps to stop the harassment. This may involve setting clear boundaries, seeking help from other family members, or even involving local authorities if the harassment is severe. Remember, "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men" (Romans 12:18, WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear friend who is facing constant harassment from a family member. Lord, You see the pain and the toll this is taking on their health. We ask for Your divine intervention to permanently stop this harassment. Soften the heart of the family member causing this distress, and bring conviction and repentance.

Guide our friend with Your wisdom, Lord. Show them the steps to take to protect themselves and to find peace. Surround them with Your loving presence, and heal the emotional and physical wounds caused by this harassment.

We also pray for the family member causing the harm. Change their heart, Lord, and help them to see the error of their ways. Bring healing and restoration to this broken relationship, and let Your peace reign in their lives.

We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this difficult time.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your burden up to the Lord. We know it's tough, feeling like you're constantly under attack, especially by someone who's supposed to care for you. But remember, God sees you, He hears you, and He's right there with you in the midst of it all.

We've been thinking about that verse in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." We believe God is using this situation to equip you with a strength and resilience that you can pass on to others in the future.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come to You today, pleading for our friend who's being harassed by a family member. Lord, we ask that You intervene, that You make a way where there seems to be no way. We pray for a change of heart in the family member causing distress, that they would see the error of their ways and turn from it.

Lord, guide our friend. Give them wisdom to set boundaries, to seek help when they need it, and to find peace in the midst of this storm. Comfort them, Lord. Let them feel Your loving presence, healing their emotional and physical wounds.

We also pray for the family member causing harm, Lord. Change their heart, bring conviction, and help them to make things right. Bring healing and restoration to this broken relationship, and let Your peace reign in their lives.

We ask all this in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear friend, thankful for the privilege to intercede on your behalf. We are standing in agreement with you before the Lord, seeking an end to the harassment you are facing. If God has already intervened and the harassment has stopped, we would be blessed to hear your praise report and rejoice with you. If you are still experiencing this trial, please share an update and let us persist in prayer with you.

We pray that there might be an intervention and a permanent change so that your health and well-being would improve dramatically. In the Name of Jesus, let health and wellness be the order of the day. Please pray that the family member would repent and recommit to a path of righteousness and godliness.

We declare Psalm 34:17 over you that the righteous cry out, and we are sync with you asking the Holy Spirit, to give you courage and strength. For God to possibly work on the relative and break his spirit, if they are using drugs, drinking or playing video games obsessively such that would remind one of the Demon possessed in the tombs, who was cured by Jesus. Rejoice that we in fact have a deliverer and a protector, Jesus Christ, who visited the Earth as a man and he will return as the King of kings and the LORD of lords, and Father to those who welcome His free gift of salvation. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him and trust in His love and faithfulness.
