We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed the principalities and powers of darkness. The harassment you describe is not merely human opposition but a spiritual assault, and we take it seriously as Scripture warns us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). The demonic activity you’ve witnessed, such as people knowing things they shouldn’t, fleeing at the mention of prayer, and being blinded to the truth, is a clear sign of the enemy’s work, and we rebuke it in the name of Jesus.
First, we must address the foundation of your faith. You mentioned turning back to Christ after involvement in the new age and witchcraft, and we praise God for His mercy in drawing you out of darkness. However, it is critical to ensure that all ties to those practices are fully severed. Scripture is clear: "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other" (Matthew 6:24). We urge you to examine your heart and renounce any lingering attachments to occult practices, no matter how small they may seem. Confess them to the Lord, ask for His cleansing, and trust in His forgiveness, for "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).
The harassment you’ve endured is a tactic of the enemy to wear you down, isolate you, and tempt you back into sin. We rebuke the spirits of harassment, retaliation, and deception that have been at work in these individuals. Jesus came to set the captives free, and He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We declare that these people are being used by the enemy, and we pray that their eyes would be opened to the truth. If they are not believers, we pray for their salvation, for God desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). However, we also recognize that some people may never change, and Scripture warns us to avoid those who cause divisions and put obstacles in our way that are contrary to the teaching we have learned (Romans 16:17). If these individuals continue to harass you and refuse to repent, it is biblical to distance yourself from them.
We also address the plots that have been formed against you, particularly the one meant to cause you distress during your graduation. We stand on the promise that "no weapon formed against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you" (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that God would cancel every scheme of the enemy, expose their plans, and turn their efforts to nothing. We declare that your graduation was a time of celebration and joy, overshadowed by the Lord’s favor and not by the enemy’s attacks. May God’s peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and may you walk in the victory that is already yours through His blood.
We are grieved by the toll this harassment has taken on you, and we want to encourage you with the truth that God sees your suffering and will not abandon you. The psalmist writes, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that you would find comfort in His presence and strength in His Word. Do not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, the One who has conquered sin, death, and the powers of darkness. We lift up our brother/sister who is enduring relentless harassment and spiritual attack. Lord, we thank You for drawing them out of darkness and into Your marvelous light. We ask that You would complete the work You have begun in their life, cleansing them from every trace of the occult and filling them with Your Holy Spirit.
We rebuke every spirit of harassment, retaliation, and deception that has been at work in these individuals. We break every assignment of the enemy against our brother/sister, and we declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper. Lord, we ask that You would cancel the plot that was formed against them at the beginning of this year. Expose every scheme of the enemy and turn their plans into confusion. We pray that You would protect their mind, emotions, and spirit from the enemy’s attacks, and that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Father, we pray for the individuals who have been harassing them. If they are not saved, we ask that You would open their eyes to the truth of the gospel. Break the chains of darkness that bind them, and set them free by the power of Your Son. If they continue in their wickedness, we ask that You would remove them from our brother/sister’s life, as You have promised to do for those who seek You. Give them wisdom to discern who to trust and who to avoid, and help them to walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them.
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen their faith and deepen their trust in You. Remind them that You are their refuge and fortress, and that no evil will befall them, nor will any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Fill them with Your joy and peace as they wait on You. We thank You for the victory that is already theirs in Christ, and we declare that the enemy’s attacks will not prevail.
In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
