We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed the powers of darkness through His victory on the cross. The harassment you describe is not merely human opposition but a spiritual assault, and we take it seriously. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every demonic influence operating through these individuals and declare that their schemes will not prevail against you.
First, we must address the foundation of your prayers. You have rightly turned to God, but we want to emphasize the power of praying in the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is His name that holds authority over every principality and power. When you pray, do so boldly in His name, for He has given us the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
The harassment you’ve endured, especially the demonic activity you’ve described, is a clear sign of spiritual warfare. The enemy has used these individuals to test and tempt you, but God has used even this to draw you back to Himself. We rejoice that you have renounced the occult and turned to Christ, for He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). The fact that these harassers flee when you pray is evidence of the power of God at work in your life. Do not grow weary in resisting the devil, for he will flee from you when you submit to God and stand firm in faith (James 4:7).
You have rightly discerned that some of these relationships are not of God and should no longer be part of your life. The Bible warns us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14) and to avoid those who cause division or stumbling blocks contrary to the doctrine of Christ (Romans 16:17). If these individuals are living in ways that contradict God’s Word while professing Christianity, they may indeed be stumbling blocks to your faith. It is not wrong to pray for their removal from your life if they are a source of persistent harm and spiritual danger. God desires to give you peace, and sometimes that means removing toxic influences from your life.
We also want to address the timing of their harassment, particularly their plot to cause you emotional distress during your graduation. The enemy seeks to overshadow your joy and steal your victory, but we declare that God will turn their plans into foolishness. The Lord frustrates the ways of the wicked (Proverbs 19:21), and we pray that He will cancel every scheme they have devised against you. Your graduation is a milestone of God’s faithfulness, and we pray that it will be a time of celebration, not sorrow. The joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is enduring relentless harassment and spiritual attack. Lord, You see the schemes of the enemy and the pain these individuals have caused. We ask that You would arise and scatter every demonic influence operating through them. Break every chain, cancel every plot, and silence every voice that seeks to harm Your child. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we pray for divine protection over them. Surround them with Your angels and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Give them strength to stand firm in faith and wisdom to discern Your will in every situation. We ask that You would remove these individuals from their life if they are a source of persistent harm and spiritual danger. If there are any relationships that should be restored, we pray that You would bring about true repentance and reconciliation according to Your will. But if these people are stumbling blocks, we ask that You would remove them completely and grant our brother/sister peace.
Lord, we pray specifically about the plot to cause emotional distress during their graduation. We ask that You would cancel this scheme and turn it into foolishness. Let their graduation be a time of joy, celebration, and thanksgiving for Your faithfulness. May they experience Your presence in a powerful way and be reminded of Your goodness and love.
Father, we also pray for those who are harassing them. If there is any hope for their redemption, we ask that You would open their eyes to the truth and draw them to repentance. But if they are hardened in their ways, we ask that You would bind their actions and prevent them from causing further harm.
We thank You, Lord, for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that the enemy has no power over us, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We trust in Your protection, Your provision, and Your perfect timing. Strengthen our brother/sister in their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, knowing that God is with you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Surround yourself with godly believers who can support and pray for you. The enemy seeks to isolate you, but you are never alone. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will lead you through this valley of shadow (Psalm 23:4). Trust in Him, and He will guide your steps.
