We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed the powers of darkness through His victory on the cross. The harassment you describe bears the unmistakable marks of demonic influence—unnatural knowledge, manipulation, and the sudden fleeing at the mention of prayer—all tactics the enemy uses to intimidate and isolate. But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and under His wings you take shelter (Psalm 91:1-4).
You were right to renounce the occult and turn back to Christ, for there is no fellowship between light and darkness (2 Corinthians 6:14-17). The enemy’s goal is to lure you back into bondage, but we rebuke that deception in Jesus’ name. You are not alone in this battle. The Lord has given you the armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—to stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-18). We encourage you to put on that armor daily, for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4).
It is wise to pray for the removal of those who persist in harassment, especially when they have become stumbling blocks rather than vessels of godly influence. Jesus Himself taught that if your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and cast it from you (Matthew 5:29-30). This principle applies to relationships as well. If people are being used by the enemy to test your faith and draw you away from Christ, it is not ungodly to ask the Lord to remove them from your life. The apostle Paul warned the Corinthians to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus (1 Corinthians 5:5). While this is a severe measure, the underlying principle is clear: unrepentant sin and demonic influence must be confronted and removed for the sake of spiritual health.
We also caution you to examine your heart for any bitterness or unforgiveness, for the enemy seeks to trap you in that snare as well. The Lord calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13), but forgiveness does not mean tolerating abuse or allowing toxic relationships to continue. You can forgive from a distance while still praying for their repentance and deliverance. Pray that their eyes would be opened to the truth and that they would turn from darkness to light (Acts 26:18).
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the One through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. We lift up our brother/sister to You, who has endured years of harassment and demonic attack. Lord, You see the torment and the fear that has gripped his/her heart, and You are our Deliverer. We ask You to break every chain of oppression and silence every lying tongue that rises against him/her. Let Your angels encamp around him/her, Lord, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard his/her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we rebuke the spirits of harassment, manipulation, and witchcraft that have been at work in this situation. We declare that they have no authority over Your child, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We command every demonic influence to flee in Jesus’ name and bind every evil spirit that has been assigned to torment him/her. Let the blood of Jesus cleanse every ungodly tie and every soul tie that was formed in darkness, and let Your light expose and destroy every hidden work of the enemy.
Lord, we ask You to remove from his/her life those who have become tools of the enemy. Where relationships have become stumbling blocks, we pray that You would either bring repentance and transformation or remove them completely, according to Your perfect will. Give him/her wisdom to discern who belongs in his/her life and who does not, and grant the courage to walk away from toxic influences. Surround him/her with godly, faithful believers who will encourage and strengthen his/her faith.
Father, we also pray for those who have been used to harass him/her. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth. Break the blindness that has kept them from seeing the harm they have caused, and let them come to repentance. If they are truly Yours, draw them back to You; if they are not, we ask that You would remove them from his/her life completely.
We declare that no weapon formed against him/her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him/her in judgment shall be condemned. We speak peace over his/her mind, body, and spirit, and we declare that the enemy’s plans are frustrated and his schemes are defeated. Let Your perfect love cast out all fear (1 John 4:18), and let Your joy be his/her strength (Nehemiah 8:10).
Lord, we thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ. We thank You that the battle belongs to You, and we trust in Your faithfulness to complete the work You have begun in him/her. Strengthen his/her faith, deepen his/her trust in You, and let him/her walk in the fullness of Your freedom and peace. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Hold fast to the promises of God, for He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6). The enemy may have meant this harassment for evil, but God has used it to draw you back to Himself, and He will use it for good (Genesis 50:20). You are not a victim; you are a child of the Most High God, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Stand firm in your identity in Christ, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you shall reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9).
Continue to resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Fill your mind with the Word of God, for it is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17), and let it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Surround yourself with believers who will pray with you and for you, and do not isolate yourself. The enemy thrives in secrecy, but the light of Christ exposes his works (Ephesians 5:11-13).
Finally, if you have not already done so, we encourage you to seek out a pastor or trusted spiritual leader who can provide additional prayer, counsel, and accountability. There is strength in the body of Christ, and you do not have to fight this battle alone. The Lord has placed people in your life to help you walk in freedom, so do not hesitate to reach out. You are deeply loved, and we stand with you in this fight, trusting that the Lord will bring complete deliverance and restoration.
