Beloved of All
Prayers they communicate and get out their pride control and rebellion narc attitudes, they all really need you Jesus please help respect me and us all and restore us our discount with these corrupt managers that really need you Lord. Bless and protect our day and they divert our plans to much cooler ground please, amen

We hear your heart and the deep frustration you carry, frustration with pride, control, rebellion, and the pain of disrespect in relationships, whether in your family, workplace, or other areas of life. You’ve called on the name of Jesus, and that is where true hope and transformation begin. Let us come before the Lord together, seeking His intervention, wisdom, and restoration.

First, we must address the pride and rebellion you’ve mentioned. Scripture is clear: "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6 WEB). Pride is a destructive force that hardens hearts, fuels rebellion, and separates us from God’s best. It also blinds us to our own faults while magnifying the faults of others. We rebuke the spirit of pride and control in the name of Jesus. We declare that every heart involved, including yours, will be softened, humbled, and aligned with God’s will. "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time" (1 Peter 5:6 WEB). Lord, we ask You to break the chains of pride and rebellion in this situation. Let humility and repentance take root so that communication, respect, and unity can flourish.

You’ve also mentioned corrupt managers and the need for divine intervention in your workplace. We know that injustice and corruption grieve the heart of God. "The LORD works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed" (Psalm 103:6 WEB). We pray for divine exposure of any unrighteousness and for God’s justice to prevail. We ask that the Holy Spirit move in power to convict hearts, bring repentance, and restore what has been lost. We also pray for wisdom and favor for you as you navigate this situation. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). Lord, we ask that You divert their plans and turn their hearts toward righteousness. Let Your will be done in this workplace, and let Your name be glorified.

Respect is a foundational principle in God’s design for relationships. Whether in marriage, family, or the workplace, Scripture calls us to honor one another. "Let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband" (Ephesians 5:33 WEB). In all relationships, we are called to "outdo one another in showing honor" (Romans 12:10 WEB). We pray that God would cultivate a spirit of mutual respect in every interaction. Where respect has been lacking, we ask for healing and restoration. Lord, teach us all how to honor one another as You have commanded.

You’ve asked for God’s blessing and protection over your day and for Him to divert your plans to "much cooler ground." We love that you’re inviting God into the details of your life! Proverbs 16:9 reminds us, "A man’s heart plans his course, but the LORD directs his steps" (WEB). We pray that God would order your steps, open doors no one can shut, and close doors that are not part of His perfect will. We ask for His protection over your mind, body, and spirit, guarding you from the schemes of the enemy. "The LORD is your keeper; the LORD is your shade on your right hand" (Psalm 121:5 WEB). May your day be filled with His peace, joy, and divine appointments.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name. We thank You that You hear our prayers and that You are a God who restores, heals, and redeems. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your intervention in every heart involved. Break the chains of pride, control, and rebellion, and replace them with humility, repentance, and a desire to honor You. We rebuke every spirit of disrespect, corruption, and injustice in Jesus’ name. Let Your justice prevail, and let Your will be done in this family, workplace, and every area of life.

Father, we ask for divine communication to be restored. Soften hearts that have been hardened, and open ears to hear Your voice. Let respect and love flow freely among those involved, reflecting Your heart for unity. We pray for wisdom and favor in dealing with corrupt managers. Expose any unrighteousness, and let Your light shine in the darkness. Lord, we trust You to divert plans and lead us to "much cooler ground", ground that aligns with Your perfect will and brings glory to Your name.

We ask for Your blessing and protection over this day and every day. Guard hearts, minds, and spirits from the attacks of the enemy. Fill this situation with Your peace, joy, and presence. Lord, we surrender our plans to You, trusting that You will direct our steps. May Your name be exalted in all things.

We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus, the name by which we are saved and the only name through which we have access to You. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Spend time in Scripture, allowing God to speak to you and guide you. "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path" (Psalm 119:105 WEB). Surround yourself with godly counsel and community, as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). Trust that God is at work, even when you cannot see it. His timing is perfect, and His plans for you are good. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says the LORD, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

If there are areas where you need to extend forgiveness or seek reconciliation, do so with a humble heart. "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18 WEB). Remember that forgiveness does not mean excusing sin, but it does free you from the burden of bitterness. Trust God to handle justice and restoration in His way and in His time.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of the name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through His name that we have access to the Father. "Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father" (Philippians 2:9-11 WEB). Keep lifting up the name of Jesus in prayer, worship, and declaration. His name is your weapon, your shield, and your victory.

We hear how worn down you are by the disrespect and the controlling atmosphere, it’s exhausting to show up when every conversation feels like a battle over who’s in charge. When you’re in the middle of that kind of pressure, it can easily become the whole lens you see the day through, and a holiday weekend only underscores how much you long for relief.

One thing we’ve seen many times is that a season of high tension is often exactly when people are most open to change, not just the people you’re naming, but any of us. The heat you’re feeling right now doesn’t have to be wasted; it can become the moment hard ground breaks open toward something healthier. While you can’t control whether the managers or others choose to soften, you can keep your own spirit from staying locked in reaction mode. When the frustration spikes at work, stepping outside for a short, quiet walk, even just a few minutes, can help you reset enough to see the situation more clearly and respond with the dignity you wish others showed.

For now we don’t have to figure out every outcome; we can simply trust that God is not intimidated by corrupt systems or stubborn hearts, and that He cares about the kind of workplace you endure. Let’s ask him to guide this toward fairer ground.

Lord Jesus, you see the disrespect and the pride that have made this workplace so heavy. We ask you to bring a shift, not by force or manipulation, but by your quiet, relentless work in the hearts involved, including the writer’s. Grant steady calm in place of daily friction, and open a path toward the cooler ground they’re praying for, whether that means a change of location, a change of hearts, or new doors altogether. Protect their dignity, restore what has been unfair, and guard their spirit from growing bitter. In your name we pray, amen.

You entreat prayer against pride and rebellion. It is meet that you should, for pride is destruction, and a proud heart abominable to the Lord. Yet let us not be swift to spy the mote in another’s eye while missing the beam in our own. He who lives in pride up to the neck is often the one who imagines he has none at all. You speak of their need of Jesus, have you not also that same need? The great sin is the lifting up of the soul against the Most High, and this viper lurks in every breast. Mourn your own pride, and you may be among the truly humble.

You mention a discount lost and respect withheld. Shall we count pennies when heaven is freely offered? The Gospel abolishes all pride of wealth and merit; what have you that you did not receive? The price is too low for human pride, and that is why sinners stumble. I bid you cease bargaining for earthly trifles and plead instead that these managers, with you, might be stripped of self-righteousness and brought to Christ. He alone is the Restorer of souls. As for cooler ground, trust the Lord who controls the tempest to order your steps. The only true shade from a scorching world is found beneath the cross. There all rebellion dies, and there a discount of infinite value is given without money and without price. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your very words reveal the tangle you wish undone: you see pride and rebellion in others, yet your own heart smarts with the sting of disrespect and the loss of a worldly discount. Beware, lest while you detect the speck in their eye, you overlook the beam in your own. For what is baser than a soul that humbles itself to flatter wicked managers when profit is in view, yet rises up in bitter indignation when that profit is withheld? You ask for respect, but gentleness and a lowly spirit win far more than demanding one’s due. Even a wife with a profligate husband gains nothing by adornment and clamor; it is propriety and meekness that restore peace. So too with these managers: the more you nurse resentment, the more you chain yourself to the very strife you pray to escape.

Seek a discount, then, not from corrupt men, but from the Lord’s treasury. Freely you have received, freely give. Let no temptation, however trying from the hand of those in authority, seem unbearable; God is faithful and will provide a way through. Instead of praying their plans be diverted, pray that your own heart be diverted from the scorching heat of pride and envy onto the cooler ground of humility. Remember that in the body, the foot is considered less honorable, yet God bestows greater care on that which lacks. So even those you call “narc” and “rebel” are not beyond the reach of His honor, if they repent, nor are you beyond the danger of falling, if you exalt yourself. Lay aside high-mindedness; account yourself as one who has done nothing, and you will find true rest. Commend the day to Christ alone, and let your soul be refreshed not by earthly advantage, but by the hope of standing with boldness at His judgment seat, where no manager can steal your reward.

Your words carry a heavy burden, and I can hear the frustration with prideful attitudes and a situation that feels unjust. When we encounter controlling, rebellious behavior from others, it's easy to focus on what they're doing wrong, but Scripture calls us to take a hard look at what's happening under the surface. True rebellion, the kind the prophets and apostles described, is ultimately a willful defiance of God's authority. It's a spiritual posture that says, "I will not bow," and it's fueled by pride that deceives the heart. That pride can show up in managers, yes, but it can also creep into any of us when we insist on our own way or refuse to walk in humility.

You mentioned wanting respect and the restoration of a discount. I understand that practical concerns matter, but the deeper need is for hearts to turn away from rebellion toward the Lord. Corrupt authority isn't a new problem, the early church dealt with a corrupt Roman government, and the apostles still taught believers to respect those in power, not because the leaders were righteous, but because God ultimately ordains authority. Sometimes He permits corrupt leadership as a reflection of a people's rejection of His rule, a kind of judgment that says, "You wanted this path, so walk it and see where it leads." Yet He remains sovereign, and He weeps over the hardness that forces His hand.

Your managers need Jesus, as you said. Before we can see a change in their actions, they need a change of heart, repentance from pride and the rebellion that separates them from God. Pray for that first, not only for them but for everyone involved, including yourself. Ask the Lord to guard your own heart against bitterness or a critical spirit, because getting entangled in strife and evil suspicions only breeds more envy and confusion. Instead, let your response be marked by a quiet respect that honors the Lord, even when it's hard. That doesn't mean you accept wrongdoing, but it does mean you refuse to return rebellion with rebellion.

As for the discount and your plans for a cooler day, bring those to God with open hands. He cares about your needs, but He's also using this to refine your trust. When we fix our eyes on Jesus, who shed His blood to rescue us from the very rebellion and pride we're wrestling with, it changes how we see every conflict. That blood deserves our highest reverence, for it's the only cure for corrupt hearts. I'll join you in praying that the Lord softens the managers, brings honest communication, and guides your steps. May He be your peace and your defender, and may the outcome draw all of you closer to Him.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with this heartfelt prayer request. It has been on our hearts to continue lifting up your family and workplace situation before the Lord, asking Him to soften hearts, break chains of pride and rebellion, and bring true repentance and transformation. We’ve been praying specifically that Jesus would move in power to restore respect, unity, and favor in your relationships with these managers, and that He would redirect every plan of the enemy to bring about His purposes instead.

If God has already begun to answer these prayers—if you’ve seen glimpses of change, reconciliation, or divine intervention—we would love to celebrate with you! Please share a praise report so we can rejoice together in His faithfulness. If the battle still feels heavy and the answers haven’t yet come, we want you to know we’re still standing with you. Don’t hesitate to post this as a new request so we can keep interceding on your behalf, believing God for breakthrough.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you press into Him. He is working even when we can’t see it, and His timing is perfect. We continue to pray for His peace, protection, and provision over your day and your family, and for His kingdom to come in every situation you face. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
