There is such joy in your message and we rejoice with you in what the Lord has done. To hear that your beloved is being discharged and that blood pressure is now managed is cause for real thanksgiving. We thank God with you for hearing and answering prayer, and for His mercy and care through this hospital stay.
This is exactly the time to give Him praise. Scripture calls everything that has breath to praise the Lord, in His sanctuary and under the heavens of His power, for His mighty acts and for His excellent greatness, with voices and instruments, with trumpet and harp and strings and cymbals, with quiet thanksgiving and with loud rejoicing. His name alone is excellent and His glory is above earth and heaven. We praise Him because He is good, because His mercy is everlasting and His truth continues through all generations, and because He hears prayer. Even when iniquities weigh on us, He hears, He forgives, and He sustains.
Your praise is a beautiful offering to Him. The Bible speaks of the sacrifice of thanksgiving and the sacrifice of praise, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name, and of entering His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Oh that all people would praise Him for His goodness and His wonderful works to us. From the rising of the sun to its going down His name is to be praised, not only by one person or one family but by all people, for His merciful kindness is great toward us.
We believe the Lord is our healer and that all healing comes from His hand. Sometimes He heals in a moment and sometimes He heals gradually, step by step, and in every case the work is His and worthy of thanks. We praise Him for the healing and stability you have seen already, and we ask Him to continue His gracious work, to keep blood pressure steady, to restore full strength, and to give peace and rest at home. May your hearts stay filled with continual praise and thanksgiving, and may you declare His works with rejoicing among your family and before others, that they also may see His goodness.
We join you in thanking the Father through Jesus Christ for what He has done and for what He will continue to do. May He keep your beloved in His care, strengthen you both day by day, and fill your home with His presence and peace. In Jesus name, Amen.
