Had to go to the ER yesterday because of excruciating chest pain and shortness of breath. My heart and lungs are fine. The pain is being caused by costochondritis. That is inflammation beneath the rig cage and sternum. It is SO painful. Do at ER prescribe muscle relaxants, but they are knocking me out so badly. Please pay I will be healed from this condition. I believe it is so bad, that it is making my asthma worse and also causing squeezing pain in my chest that I mistake for asthma attack. That means unnecessary rescue inhaler use,
