Beloved of All
Jesus These sick mental ppl out of my life please help them get all the help they need they claim they know you. They really need you Lord and this other goes to church with me.

We hear the pain and frustration in your words, and we want you to know that your heart is not alone in this struggle. It’s deeply troubling when those who claim to know the Lord, even those who sit beside us in church, cause harm or exhibit behavior that contradicts the love and holiness of Christ. The Bible warns us in Matthew 7:15-16, "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. By their fruits you will know them." It is clear that not everyone who professes faith walks in it, and this can be a source of great confusion and hurt.

First, we must lift up these individuals in prayer, not out of obligation, but because the Lord desires that none should perish (2 Peter 3:9). We pray for them now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up those who have caused pain and confusion. Lord, You know their hearts and the struggles they face, whether seen or unseen. We ask that You would break through the hardness of their hearts and reveal Yourself to them in a way they cannot ignore. Father, if their faith is rooted in anything other than You, whether in pride, self-righteousness, or deception, expose it and uproot it. Bring them to true repentance and a genuine relationship with You. For the one who sits in church yet walks in ways that dishonor You, we ask that You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit. Soften their heart, Lord, and lead them to a place of humility and surrender. Surround them with godly influences who will speak truth in love and hold them accountable. Provide them with the help they need, whether spiritual, emotional, or mental, and let them experience Your grace in a transformative way. We also pray for protection over [the one who wrote this request], Lord. Guard their heart from bitterness, resentment, or despair. Help them to release these burdens to You and to walk in the peace that only You can provide. Give them wisdom in how to navigate these relationships, whether through boundaries, prayer, or even separation, as You lead. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved and the only mediator between God and man. Amen.

It is also important to address the weight of what you’re carrying. When we are hurt by those who claim to follow Christ, it can shake our faith and leave us questioning whether God’s love is real. But we must remember that our faith is not in people, it is in Jesus Christ alone. People will fail us, even those who love God, but He never will. Psalm 118:8-9 reminds us, "It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to put confidence in man. It is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to put confidence in princes." Your trust must remain in Him, not in the actions or words of others.

We also want to gently rebuke the spirit of frustration and anger that may be rising in you. While it is natural to feel this way, we must guard our hearts against bitterness, as Hebrews 12:15 warns, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Instead, we are called to forgive, even when it is difficult. This does not mean excusing their behavior or allowing them to continue causing harm, but it does mean releasing them to God and refusing to let their actions control your peace. Forgiveness is a choice, and it is for your freedom as much as it is for theirs.

If this person who goes to church with you is causing ongoing harm, it may be necessary to set firm boundaries. This is not an act of unforgiveness but an act of wisdom. Proverbs 22:24-25 says, "Don’t befriend a hot-tempered man, and don’t associate with one who harbors anger, lest you learn his ways and ensnare your soul." You are not called to endure abuse or manipulation, even from those who claim to know Christ. Seek counsel from a trusted pastor or godly mentor who can help you navigate this situation with wisdom and grace.

Lastly, we want to remind you that Jesus sees your pain, and He cares deeply about what you’re going through. In John 10:10, He says, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." The enemy may be using these situations to steal your joy, kill your peace, and destroy your faith, but Jesus came to give you life, full, abundant, and overflowing. Hold fast to Him, and do not let the actions of others pull you away from the love and truth of Christ.

Continue to seek the Lord in this season. Spend time in His Word, allowing it to renew your mind and strengthen your spirit. Surround yourself with believers who will encourage you and point you back to Jesus. And remember, your identity is not defined by the hurt others have caused you, but by the love of Christ, who calls you His own.

Blocking someone is never easy, and it often stirs up guilt or second‑guessing. We hear in your words a heart that genuinely wants them to be well, even after you had to put a boundary in place. That boundary isn’t a failure of love; it’s a protection that can actually honor the other person. When we refuse to be drawn into chaotic dynamics, we stop enabling the very patterns they need to confront, and we give God room to work in ways we can’t. There’s a quiet courage in saying “no more for now” while still praying for their healing.

We think the healthiest thing you can do right now is to keep handing them back to Jesus instead of carrying the weight of their choices yourself. A simple, concrete way to do that: whenever the worry surfaces, maybe when you see their name in your contacts or remember them at church, whisper a brief prayer right then, something like, “Jesus, you see them. Bring the right help into their lives today.” It moves the burden from your shoulders to his.

Lord Jesus, we thank you that you never lose track of any soul. We ask that you quiet the uneasiness in this one’s heart and replace it with your steady peace. Please lead those they’ve stepped away from into the concrete help they need, wise counsel, accountable community, and above all a real encounter with you that isn’t just words but transformation. For the person still in their congregation, grant the church the discernment to surround them with both grace and truth. In your strong name, Amen.

You have taken a wise step in separating from those whose conduct threatens your peace and might lead you into sin, yet I beseech you, let not your prayer for them cease. The known remedy for unknown evils is prayer. But take heed lest your intercession be as that of some who bow the knee for a person and, when they rise, their hands are raised to strike the very one for whom they were praying. We have too many hypocritical prayers that are good for nothing. Jesus Christ never prayed a deceitful prayer; His intercessions come from His inmost soul, full of love for those yet uncalled. Let your pleading be of that character.

There are many professors in this present day who manage to get into the Church and then dishonor it by their ungodly conduct. It is a sore grief, yet we must particularize our prayers for the Church and plead for some by name. You mentioned one goes to church with you; bring that one by name to the throne, even as the Lord prayed for Peter apart from the others because Peter needed it. The value of prayer depends mightily upon its sincerity, and that sincerity will be proven by your doing something to help answer it, even if at present that something is only intercession from a distance.

Trials give new life to prayer, lay you low, and keep you at His feet. Let not the inconsistencies of others become a stumbling block to your own soul, but a spur to more fervent supplication. The Church is injured in her efforts for the conversion of the world by such things, yet the elect are safe, and the Great Shepherd will tend His shorn lambs. Pray then with agony of heart, as the Apostle besought the brethren to agonize with him in prayer. The God of peace be with you, and save His people, for His dear Son’s sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have cut off members of your own body, and your prayer for them, though seeking their help, is stained with contempt. You call them sick in mind, yet consider: is it not a sickness of soul to sever yourself from those who claim the name of Christ because their condition offends you? The Lord did not shun the colt that was unbroken and unclean; He loosed it, sat upon it, and made it clean. And the ass followed after, moved by the same grace. Do not think that your acceptance leaves you without need of those who struggle, for the body of Christ is not made whole by one part alone. The hand cannot say to the foot, I have no need of you; the head is filled up only when all the members are knit together. When you shut them out, you wound the very fullness of Christ’s church.

You ask me to pray for them, and rightly so, for they need help from the only true Physician. But examine your own heart. What is the ground of your friendship, or its breaking? If it is built on anything other than godliness, then its shattering is no loss, but if they are fellow worshipers in the same assembly, then you have cast aside those for whom Christ ever lives to make intercession. He is able to save to the uttermost, not because they are already whole, but because He continually pleads for sinners before the Father. He dissolves mental darkness, for He is the true Light. Can any darkness in them be too deep for that Light to pierce? Do not hastily cry impostor against souls who may be bruised by shipwreck, beaten down by unseen dangers, or stripped naked by trials you do not understand. It is a treacherous habit to call every ragged, bewildered beggar at the gate of heaven a deceiver. Give them the alms of your patience and prayer, even if you must guard your own soul with prudence.

The Lord commanded you to be like your Father in heaven, who makes His sun rise on the evil and the good. Nothing makes you so like God as readiness to forgive wrongdoers. I do not tell you to affirm sin or to pretend sickness is health, but I charge you not to despise the physician’s task. Let your intercession for them be without bitterness, trusting that the High Priest who died no more is able to cleanse what is yet unclean. If you must, for a season, withdraw from close fellowship to preserve your own stability, do so with tears and self-reproach, not with the hard satisfaction of one who stands aloof. Pray that your own mind be kept from error, and that their minds be healed, so that together you may all be found in the unity of the faith, a perfect body for the Head who fills all in all.
