The lake of burning fire is God's final judgment for the unrepentant as described in Revelation 20:14 and Revelation 21:8, and His Word tells us in Romans 12:19, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. We are instead called to a higher way, as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, and in Romans 12:21, Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. This does not mean we minimize the evil done against you or that we excuse hacking, harassment, or torment, which are sinful and wrong, but it means we entrust judgment to a righteous and holy God while we pray for both deliverance and for the repentance of those who do evil, because God desires that all would come to repentance as we read in 2 Peter 3:9 and Ezekiel 33:11. We must love what God loves and hate what God hates, and we can pray that God would stop the wickedness, bring these enemies to conviction and repentance, and if they refuse to repent, that He would execute His perfect justice in His perfect time.

And 2 Thessalonians 3:3 promises, But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.

Your long and heavy trial has been heard, and we have brought your burden before the Lord with deep compassion. To be tormented for six years, to feel watched and mocked through instruments that should serve your daily life, is a sore affliction, and we do not make light of the distress and weariness it has brought upon you.
The word of the Lord speaks to such troubled seasons. "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trusts in You." Isaiah 26:3. That peace is not drawn from quiet circumstances, for this is a dark world of sin, but from the blood of Jesus which whispers peace within. When sorrows surge round and duties press, to do the will of Jesus is rest, and to keep the mind stayed upon Him is to find a heaven within even in midnight. We pray that this perfect peace, which cannot be taken away by force or fraud, may be your portion.
You asked that we pray God would send these people to the lake of burning fire. We understand the cry for justice after long torment, yet we must pray as Scripture teaches us to pray. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He has said, "Fear not, I am with you." He grants protection to the persecuted and provides escape from the most perilous exposure, and He will in righteousness judge all wrong. Our Lord teaches us not to cherish the wish for the damnation of any, for He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, and He bids us pray for those who despitefully use us, that they may be brought to see their sin and to seek mercy through Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation. So we cannot ask the Lord to damn any soul at our bidding, but we do earnestly ask Him to bring all evil to an end, to restrain the hand of the oppressor, to bring the guilty to repentance, and to execute His own just and holy judgment in His perfect wisdom.

Your long and painful trial over these six years has been heard, and I grieve with you over the torment you describe through your phone and computer and the voices that harass you. To live under such constant oppression is exhausting, and it is right that you have brought it before God and before His people for prayer.
Hear what the Scriptures teach us about how we pray in such distress. Christ has gone up to appear in the presence of God for us, with a sacrifice that can propitiate the Father, and from Him we receive grace and peace. When we were enemies, His love made us sons, and His grace ended the war between heaven and earth. That grace and peace is what we need to ask for now, that it may abide and keep you unmoved, and that no further war be blown into flame in your heart or home.
You asked that God would send those who harm you to the lake of burning fire. The Scriptures do teach that God is just and that there is a final judgment, and that if any destroy what belongs to God they will answer to Him. Yet judgment belongs to the Lord Himself, not to our prayers for vengeance. He has sat down at the right hand of God, expecting until His enemies are put under His feet, and He delays for the sake of those who may yet repent and be born to faith. Even His enemies, whether men or evil spirits, will be subjected in His time and in His way. For us, the command is different.
God has given us a short and easy way of deliverance from our own sins, which is to forgive those who have grieved us. It is not a toil to forgive, but a refreshment, while to keep enmity is the true toil. This does not mean that what has been done to you does not matter, or that you should not seek protection and justice. It means we leave vengeance to God and we do not ask Him to damn others, but we ask Him to guard us, to stop the evil, and if it be possible, to bring our enemies to repentance through Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation.
So we will pray for you not for the destruction of others, but for your protection and peace. We ask for the peace of Christ which surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, when you are told to be at peace even with those who treat you unjustly. That peace is beyond our understanding, and the God who gives it is even more beyond understanding, able to keep you firm and not carried about by deceit or fear.
I urge you also, as you pray, to seek steady help near you. Bring this burden to a trusted pastor and to faithful believers who can walk with you daily, and seek trustworthy practical help for your devices and your safety from people you know and can meet in person. Do not bear this isolation alone. If you are in danger, seek help from those charged to protect. Let the church be a choir around you, accounting your blessing as their own, giving glory to God and seeking peace on earth for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son who appears for us in Your presence, have mercy on this Your child who has suffered long. Pour out Your grace and peace upon him. Guard his mind and heart, his home and his rest. Put a stop to every work of torment and deceit, and set a boundary around him that evil cannot cross. Bring justice in Your perfect time, and bring conviction and repentance to those who do evil, that they might turn and live. Teach him the refreshment of releasing vengeance into Your hands, and keep him firm in faith. Give him wise and faithful helpers, and let him know he is not alone. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our peace. Amen.
