Guidance to my ### in her first job and the blessings of the Lord to go on

Lord Jesus my daughter is struggling with her current job and is working 14 hours a day and no break even on the weekend. Her boss has just informed her now that she is being transferred to another project after working so hard on this project as she is not able to work fast enough. Lord this is her first job and she is very young and very worried. You fill her with your strength and spirit and guide her lord Jesus, show her the way and may she be transferred to a project which is according to your plan and which she can manage and be happy doing. We need the job Lord Jesus, don't deserve us on this time of needed. Hear our prayers lord Jesus, we beg you.

We understand that this is a challenging time for your daughter as she navigates her first job. Let's bring this situation to the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and comfort.

Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this young woman who is facing difficulties in her first job. Lord, You know the struggles she is facing, the long hours, and the feelings of inadequacy. We ask that You fill her with Your strength and spirit, guiding her every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for wisdom for her bosses, that they may see her potential and treat her with fairness and kindness. We ask that You direct her path and that if it is Your will, she be transferred to a project that aligns with Your plan for her life, one that she can manage and find joy in doing.

Father, we also pray for her testimony in the workplace. May she shine Your light and be a beacon of hope and integrity.

Lord Jesus, we need this job, but we also trust in Your provision. Help us to rest in the knowledge that You will supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage your daughter to take heart from the following words from "1 Peter 5:7 WEB" which says,

"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Also, from "Colossians 3:23-24 WEB",

"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Lastly, let's remember the promise from "Matthew 6:33 WEB",

"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

May your daughter continue to seek God first in all she does.

Dear Jesus, we come to You today, carrying our sister's daughter and her first job struggles. Lord, You see her working tirelessly, with no breaks, and now this transfer news. It's overwhelming, we know. But we trust You, Jesus. You've got a plan, and we believe it's good.

Lord, guide her steps. Show her the way, Jesus. If this transfer is part of Your plan, help her see it, embrace it, and find joy in it. Give her strength, Lord. Fill her with Your spirit, so she can face each day with courage and peace.

We also pray for her boss, Lord. Softening their heart, we ask. Help them see her worth, Jesus. Let them treat her with kindness and fairness.

And Lord, we claim Your promise in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust You, Jesus. You'll provide, just as You always do.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let's encourage your daughter to keep her eyes on Jesus. Remind her of His words in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
