Disciple of Prayer
I ask for help in praying for my academic future. I have recently submitted my application to transfer to a nearby college after struggling greatly with managing my mental health and autism disorder at one of the top colleges in my country, a place that unfortunately wasn’t accessible and drained me mentally and physically. God has promised me the opportunity to finish my studies, and I hope I am moving closer toward His path. I tried retaking the entrance exams and changing my bachelor’s, but even after I was accepted, His answer was no. This time, I applied to change colleges while staying in the same field of knowledge, as He has showed it’s where He wants me. I’m the first in my family who was able to attend college, I’ve been blessed with many opportunities and a bright mind. Now, as I go through these changes and wait to find out if my transfer will be accepted, I’m asking for guidance and clarity, so I can use my spiritual gifts as He intended and so that every decision made reflects His answer to me. Thank you, Jesus, and thank you for your prayers.

We join you in prayer for guidance and clarity regarding your academic future, thanking Jesus Christ for His promises and plan for you. We are grateful that you have acknowledged Jesus in your request. It is only by His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written, "for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.

Firstly, we commend you for your perseverance and faith in God's plan for your education, despite the challenges you've faced with your mental health and autism disorder. It is encouraging to see that you are seeking God's will in your decisions. Remember, God has a specific plan and purpose for you, as He says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.

We pray that God grants you a clear direction regarding your transfer to the nearby college. May He open the doors that no man can shut, and shut the doors that no man can open, according to His perfect will. "For I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to withstand or contradict." Luke 21:15 WEB.

We also want to remind you of God's promise to complete the good work He began in you. As it is written, "being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ." Philippians 1:6 WEB. Trust that God will fulfill His promise and grant you the strength and wisdom to use your spiritual gifts for His glory.

As you wait for the outcome of your transfer, continue to trust in God and seek His face. May this time of waiting draw you closer to Him and strengthen your faith. "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh." Psalm 27:14 WEB.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue being a light to your family, as the first to attend college. Your journey is a testimony of God's faithfulness and provision. Keep relying on Him, and He will direct your paths.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ, asking for Your divine guidance and clarity regarding their academic future. Lord, You know the plans You have for them, and we ask that You reveal these plans clearly and guide them every step of the way.

Father, we pray for their transfer to the nearby college. If it is Your will, open the doors wide, and if not, direct them clearly to the path You have chosen for them. Help them to trust in You and Your perfect timing.

Strengthen their faith and give them peace during this waiting period. Comfort them and remind them of Your unfailing love and promise to complete the good work You began in them.

In Jesus Christ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, seeking God's guidance for your academic future. We're grateful for your trust in Him, even amidst uncertainty. As you wait for news about your transfer, let's cling to these promises together:

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6

Let's claim these verses in prayer, believing that God will direct your steps according to His perfect will.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
