I sent in a prayer a while back that my son's grandparents were trying to get custody of my son from his beautiful late mother who passed January 1st. (she is greatly missed by me and our son ###) I went to court Friday and the Lord dismissed the battle of them trying to get custody/guardianship of my son.
That part is over, and I have full parental rights of my son (thank you Lord, and Jesus).
Now I am fighting them in court because there was a substantial amount of money that my son is entitled to. They are trying to get guardians of his estate over me because they say my credit is bad and that I am not able to get a bond to handle what has been left for him. I believe this is still a way for them to have some sort of control over me for him and my son.
All I am fighting for is to have full custodial and parental rights to make and have all decisions over my son. They don't understand that dragging me back and forth to court is causing me to miss work, and also time that I could be building me and ### life back as a family and moving on from all of this. I am in the right place to do everything that I need to take care of my son and be fully responsible for him. Please pray that I will have all and full rights over my son and that we will be happy and get through all of this in favor of where we need to be and that I have all rights granted to me as ### father.. thank you Lord, in Jesus' grateful name I pray.
