We have heard your cry about this hard growth under your chin that you have carried for many years, and we join together with you in prayer for healing, deliverance and cleansing in Jesus' name. We understand the worry of not knowing if it is a cyst or abscess or tumor, the distress of any odor, and the burden of facing this without insurance for so long. The Lord sees what you have endured and He cares deeply about your suffering.
We take comfort that He is the God who heals us. As it is written, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And He says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also remember that He is Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and that by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5.
We thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we come to the Father and find salvation and healing. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace, and we are grateful you called upon Him.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one to Your throne of mercy. Lord, You know this growth under the chin, how long it has been there, how hard it feels, and every concern about odor and infirmity. We ask that You would touch this body with Your healing hand, that You would cleanse any infection, remove any impurity, and cause this growth to shrink and be gone according to Your will. Lord, bring complete healing and restoration, take away any bad odor and bring cleansing and wholeness. We ask for Your peace to replace fear and shame, for You have said, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you, don't be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you Isaiah 41:10. Provide also for every practical need, open doors for proper medical evaluation and care even without insurance, and give wisdom to every person who may help. We trust You as our healer and our provider, and we ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
We encourage you, while we trust God for healing, to also seek care for this prolonged growth. God often provides healing through the wisdom and hands He has given to others. Even without insurance, there are often low cost options such as county health departments, federally qualified health centers, and charitable clinics that will see patients on a sliding fee scale, and many will evaluate lumps and possible infections without delay. A long standing hard growth with any odor should be looked at promptly to rule out infection or other causes. We encourage you not to delay in seeking that evaluation, and we pray the Lord will provide the right place and the means and favor with those you contact.
We also encourage you to continue to bring this burden to the Lord daily, to care for your body as the temple of the Holy Spirit, and to trust Him for both healing and provision. He has not forgotten you in these many years. We will continue to stand with you in prayer that God would deliver you, cleanse you, and restore you to health for His glory.
