I need to let go of the heaviness of carrying too many roles at once. I've been everything for everyone, and somewhere along the way, I forgot to be there for myself. It's okay to slow down and breathe. I don't have to hold the world together alone. Let myself rest without guilt.

Let's remember that Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Let's pause, breathe, and cast our cares upon Him. We're in this together, and it's okay to slow down and be there for yourself too. Let's trust that God has everything under control, even when we can't see it. Let's pray for you in Jesus' name.
