Grieving Family

Please pray for our family. My mom died less than 10 months ago, after a two month diagnosis and battle with cancer. My dad has since found a new love (after 32 years with my mom) and is planning an Aug marriage. My siblings and I are crushed and this pain is helping to fan HUGE emotional fires that are breaking us up and apart. The impact is placing a huge strain on my emotionally, physically and spiritually not to mention the affects on my marriage. Please pray!

Grieving family - Do not let this tear your family apart. Your father loves you all but he doesn't want to be alone. He was so lonely after your mother died. Please try to see this through his eyes. He isn't diesrespecting your mother. He loved her dearly. I know it is hard to see him with another, but please, don't be the judge and jury. He needs your support not your disdain. Can you find it in your heart to accept it. WWJD.

Lord, may your hand of mercy and grace sustain this family in their hour of need. Can you give them wisdom and discernment to sort out their feelings. May there be peace in this family once again and may you be the center of their lives. May they seek your will for each of them. I thank you and praise you today for what you will do to repair this family and their love for each other. Thank you, Lord. Amen
