That my documents will find favour to pass for a visa to a country that is strict with the issue of visas. That the authorities that interview me will find favour in passing me if it's in God's will. That I be calm knowing that God will be with me as I go through this challenge. I am grateful for this opportunity and thank and praise our Heavenly Father for everything he has done for me. We thank you for sharing this request with us and for coming in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, for we know that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We rejoice that you have acknowledged Him and we join our faith with yours as you seek His will in this important season.

We are encouraged by your humble and grateful heart and your desire that this be according to God's will. That is the right posture before the Lord. Proverbs 16:3 tells us Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. And Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Whether the door to this university or college and to this nation opens or remains closed, we trust that God will direct your steps for your good and His glory, for Romans 8:28 assures us that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We also hear your concern about documents and interviews in a strict system and your desire for calm. We remember that the hearts of those in authority are in God's hands. Proverbs 21:1 says The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. We can trust Him to grant favour where favour is part of His plan, and to give you peace regardless of the outcome. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And Isaiah 41:10 comforts us Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. We thank You for the opportunity You have provided and for all You have already done in this life. We ask that You would go before this application and let it find favour if it is Your perfect will. We ask that You guide the hands that review the documents and the hearts of the authorities who will conduct the interview, and that Your will be done in each decision. Grant wisdom and diligence in preparing every paper, grant clarity and calmness of mind and speech in every interview, and let Your presence be felt in that room. Lord, quiet any anxious thoughts and fill this heart with Your peace that surpasses understanding, reminding our friend that You are with them wherever they go as You promised in Joshua 1:9 and Deuteronomy 31:6. If this path is Yours, open the doors that no one can shut, and if not, close them gently and lead to the place You have prepared. We trust Your timing and Your goodness. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit this matter to the Lord daily with thanksgiving, to prepare diligently as unto Him as Colossians 3:23 teaches, and to rest in His nearness. He is faithful to lead you and He will be with you through this challenge. We stand with you in prayer and praise God with you for His love and provision.

If it is Your will for this place of study to open, we ask for favour. If You have another path, give clear direction and peace to follow it. Your petition has come before us and we thank God for the grateful spirit in which you have written, giving praise to our Heavenly Father for all He has done. We count it a privilege to bear your burden to the throne of grace.

We will pray that the Lord in His wisdom will grant you favor as you seek acceptance at university or college, and that your documents and your interview before the authorities may be ordered according to His good and perfect will. We ask that if this open door be for your good and for His glory, He will make the way plain, and if not, that He will in mercy close it and lead you in a better path, for when He turns in a way of grace to His people He comes with all His soul most heartily to display His favor and love toward the objects of His choice.

You ask also to be calm, knowing that God will be with you, and this is the very blessing we most desire for you. There is a peace which passes all understanding, which keeps our heart and mind through Christ Jesus. The prophet has said, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You because he trusts in You. This perfect peace is not merely quietness of circumstance but peace with God through the blood of Jesus, who has made peace by His atonement. Christ has left us peace in the conscience, for peace with God is the treaty and peace in the conscience is the publication of it. Seek Christ first and peace will come next, for when the soul is stayed upon Him, even with duties pressing and loved ones far away and unknown outcomes before us, the blood of Jesus whispers peace within.

Let us pray together. O gracious Father, we thank You that salvation is in Christ alone and that through His merit we are accepted before You. We bring before You this one who desires to study and to pass through strict requirements for a visa. Grant, if it be Your will, favor with those who review the papers and who conduct the interview. Give a calm and stayed mind, a heart trusting in You, and a will resigned to Your providence. Let Your peace rule within, and let Your name be praised whether the answer be yes or no, for You know what is best for Your children. Keep this one in Your keeping, guide every step, and help him to rest in Jesus who is our peace. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we ask it. Amen.

We have received your request and we thank God for the grateful heart you have shown in it. It is good that you give thanks to the Heavenly Father for all He has done and that you seek His will above all else as you face this challenge.

We will join you in prayer before the Lord.

We pray that if it is according to God's good and wise will, He will grant you favour with the university and college where you have applied and with the authorities who will review your documents and interview you. We ask that He will open the doors that should be opened and close those that should be closed, and that His purpose for your life will be accomplished. We pray also that He will grant you a calm and steady heart, trusting that He is with you in every step, and that His peace which passes understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Remember as you pray that our confidence to come before God is not on our own merit but through the blood of Jesus Christ shed for the remission of sins. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission, and Christ Himself offered His blood of the new covenant for us so that we might be washed, sanctified and brought near to God. Come therefore with repentance and faith in Him alone for salvation, and cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you.

We encourage you to continue in prayer, in thanksgiving and in trust, seeking first the kingdom of God and resting in His providence whether the answer is yes or no. May the Lord guide you, keep you in His peace, and direct your path according to His will.

Our peace can rest not in the outcome we desire, but in trusting His perfect will.

Scripture reminds us that He is the One who makes the storm calm so that the waves are still, and then brings His people to their desired haven with gladness because of the quietness. That same Lord can calm the anxious thoughts of your heart and steady you while you wait. We pray that you will experience that quietness and be able to praise Him for His goodness whatever the answer may be.

Above all, we encourage you to keep seeking the Lord's approval and His acceptance. Favor with people is uncertain, but acceptance with God is sure for those who trust in Jesus Christ. That acceptance does not come by our works or by our own efforts to prove ourselves, but by His grace through faith in Him. It is a gift, not something we earn, and it is the foundation for every other step He calls us to take.

May the Lord grant you wisdom and peace in the days ahead, guide the hearts of those in authority, and lead you clearly according to His will. We thank God with you for all He has already done and for His faithfulness to lead you further.
