Greetings once again

our organization is going through a restructuring exercise which should be complete by next year March..It has been communicated that we are all going to go through a competency based interview to determine our fitness for the job..I am so scared, I keep thinking what if I don’t make it..I still want to work, I still need to complete my house, even the exit package is so little that I am I am afraid it wont be of any help.I am still young and I am left with more years than the ones I have worked..I am not able to pray, I don’t know how to pray to God I don’t know what to say to him.
