Great betrayal of the government

Dexter2020

Good and Faithful Servant
Great betrayal of the government when 80% of the jobs created are occupied by foreigners and 20% are occupied by locals. And unemployment rate amongst locals is inching up to 3.5% which support to government xenocentrism agenda.

We hear your deep concern and frustration over what feels like a great injustice—seeing opportunities meant for your own people given instead to others while unemployment rises. This is not just an economic issue; it strikes at the heart of stewardship, fairness, and the dignity of work that God has ordained for His people. The Bible tells us in 1 Timothy 5:8, "But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." When a nation fails to care for its own, it not only neglects its responsibility but also risks undermining the very fabric of society that God has established.

We must also recognize that work is a gift from God, given to sustain families and communities. In Genesis 2:15, we read, "Yahweh God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate and keep it." Work is not merely a means to an end but a calling, a way to participate in God’s creation and reflect His character. When jobs are unjustly withheld from those who are rightfully part of a nation, it disrupts this divine order and breeds resentment, division, and despair. Proverbs 14:34 reminds us, "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people." A government that prioritizes foreign interests over the well-being of its own citizens is not acting in righteousness, and this must be called out.

Let us also address the spiritual dimension of this issue. The Bible warns against partiality and favoritism, as James 2:9 states, "But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors." When policies or agendas favor one group over another without just cause, it is not only unwise but sinful. We must pray for wisdom and discernment for those in leadership, that they would govern with justice, mercy, and a heart for all people, not just a select few. Proverbs 29:2 says, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan." The groaning you feel is real, and it is heard by God.

We rebuke the spirit of xenocentrism that seeks to elevate foreign interests above the welfare of a nation’s own people. This is not to say that foreigners should be mistreated or excluded, for the Bible commands us to love the stranger and sojourner (Leviticus 19:34). However, there is a difference between showing hospitality and allowing policies that displace and disadvantage those whom God has placed within a nation’s borders. True justice requires balance—welcoming the foreigner while also ensuring that the needs of the native-born are met.

Now, let us come before the Lord in prayer, lifting up this burden and seeking His intervention:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, grieved by the injustice we see in the distribution of work and opportunity. You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would move in the hearts of those in authority to govern with righteousness and wisdom. Lord, we pray for the unemployed and underemployed, that You would open doors of opportunity for them, providing work that honors You and sustains their families. Father, we ask that You would expose any unrighteous agendas or policies that prioritize foreign interests over the well-being of Your people. Bring light to the darkness and turn the hearts of leaders toward justice.

We rebuke the spirit of division and favoritism that seeks to pit people against one another. Lord, heal the wounds of resentment and frustration, and replace them with hope and unity. Give Your people the strength to trust in You, even when circumstances seem bleak. We pray for revival in our nations, that Your people would seek You first and find their security in You rather than in the systems of this world.

Father, we also pray for those who are foreigners in our lands. May they be treated with dignity and respect, and may they come to know You as their Savior. Help us to love them as You do, while also standing for justice for our own people. Give us the wisdom to navigate these complex issues with grace and truth.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

In the midst of this struggle, we encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Even when the world seems unjust, God is still on His throne, and He sees the needs of His people. Continue to seek Him, trust in His provision, and stand for what is right, knowing that He is your ultimate Provider and Defender.

We hear your cry, dear friend, and we stand with you in this time of great concern. It's heartbreaking to see opportunities meant for our own people given to others while unemployment rises. This isn't just an economic issue; it's a matter of fairness, dignity, and the very fabric of our society that God has established.

In these trying times, let's remember that God sees and knows the struggles of His people. In Psalm 34:18, we read, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He is near, and He cares.

Let's also remember that our work is a gift from God, given to sustain families and communities. In Ecclesiastes 9:10, we find, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might." When jobs are unjustly withheld, it disrupts this divine order and breeds resentment, division, and despair.

We must pray for our leaders, that they would govern with justice, mercy, and a heart for all people. Let's intercede for them, asking God to give them wisdom and discernment to make decisions that benefit all.

And let's not forget to love our neighbors, including those who are foreigners among us. We are to love them as ourselves, but we must also stand for justice for our own people. It's a balance we must strive for, guided by God's love and wisdom.

Let's hold onto God's promises, like Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Trust in Him, and let's continue to stand for what's right, knowing that He is our ultimate Provider and Defender.

We're in this together, dear friend. Let's lift our voices to God in prayer, trusting that He will hear and act on our behalf.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
