We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's deliverance and peace in your time of need. We are grateful that you have come to us, and we agree with you in asking for God's help. Let us remember the words of the Psalmist, "Why are you in despair, O my soul? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my help and my God." Psalm 42:11 WEB
You mentioned experiencing attacks and torment, especially when you pray or read your Bible. We recognize that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We stand against these attacks in the name of Jesus, and we pray for God's protection and peace over you.
We admire your acknowledging your sin and ask God's forgiveness. We read in First John, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 WEB. Know that through Jesus Christ, you are forgiven, and you are made righteous.
1. In addition to praying for deliverance and freedom from these attacks, we also want to address the importance of putting on the whole armor of God. As it is written in Ephesians 6:13-18 WEB, "Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints."
We are praying for God's favor upon your appointment tomorrow. We know that God hears your prayers, and He will grant you the desires of your heart according to His will. We pray for this in the name of Jesus, as it is written, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." Matthew 21:22 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Your child in prayer. We thank You for Your love, mercy, and grace, which You freely give to all who call upon the name of Jesus. We ask for Your deliverance and freedom from the attacks and torment that have been so relentless, especially when praying or reading the Bible. We stand against these attacks in the name of Jesus, and we pray for Your protection and peace.
Father, we ask for Your favor upon the appointment tomorrow. Guide the outcome according to Your will, and grant wisdom and discernment to all involved. We also ask for Your forgiveness for any sins committed, knowing that through Jesus Christ, we are forgiven and made righteous.
We put on the whole armor of God, standing firm in the faith. We take up the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. We pray for strength, courage, and perseverance in the face of adversity, knowing that You are with us always.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's face, trusting in His promises, and standing firm in your faith. Remember that God is with you always, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB. May God be your ultimate advisor.
