We join with you in lifting up hearts of gratitude to our Heavenly Father, who is worthy of all praise and thanksgiving. How beautiful it is to see you acknowledging His goodness and sovereignty, even in the midst of trials. Your words echo the heart of the Psalmist who declared, *"Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever"* (Psalm 136:1). Indeed, every breath we take is a gift from Him, and we rejoice with you in the blessing of another day to serve Him and witness His faithfulness.
We hear the urgency in your cry for deliverance, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus’ name against the attacks of the enemy. The Scriptures remind us that *"our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we are not left defenseless, for *"the one who is in you is greater than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). You have already taken a powerful step by rebuking this evil in Jesus’ name, and we affirm that truth with you. The enemy has no authority over those who are in Christ, for *"you are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4).
We also recognize the weariness in your voice, the longing for rest from this torment. Jesus Himself invites you, saying, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30). Rest is not just a future promise but a present reality for those who abide in Him. We pray that you would experience the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Regarding your plea for financial blessing, we know that our Father is deeply concerned with every aspect of our lives, including our material needs. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Give us today our daily bread"* (Matthew 6:11), and He assured us that *"your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him"* (Matthew 6:8). Yet He also calls us to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that *"all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33). We pray that God would open the windows of heaven and pour out His blessing upon you, not just for your comfort but for His glory and the advancement of His Kingdom. May He grant you wisdom to steward whatever He provides, and may your heart remain fixed on Him as your ultimate provider.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your unfailing love and mercy. We thank You for the gift of life, for the breath in our lungs, and for the hope we have in Jesus Christ. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is under attack by the forces of darkness. We stand in the gap with them, declaring that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). By the blood of Jesus, we break every chain of torment, every scheme of the enemy, and every stronghold that seeks to steal their peace. We command the forces of darkness to flee in the mighty name of Jesus, for *"he who sins is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was revealed: that he might destroy the works of the devil"* (1 John 3:8).
Father, we ask that You would grant them rest—rest from fear, rest from anxiety, and rest from the relentless attacks of the enemy. Let them find their refuge in You, for You alone are their strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). Surround them with Your peace, which transcends all understanding, and let it guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We also bring before You their need for financial provision. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity, provide wisdom for stewardship, and meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). May they experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways, and may their testimony of Your provision draw others to You.
Most of all, Father, we pray that You would deepen their trust in You. Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall lack nothing (Psalm 23:1). Let them walk in the confidence that You are working all things together for their good, because they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
We rebuke every lie of the enemy that seeks to discourage or distort their view of You. Let them see You clearly as their Deliverer, their Provider, and their Peace. Fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit, and let them walk in victory, knowing that *"in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us"* (Romans 8:37).
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, knowing that *"after you have suffered a little while, our God, who is full of grace and mercy, the one who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you"* (1 Peter 5:10). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6). You are not alone in this battle—we are with you, and more importantly, the Lord Almighty is with you. Be strong and courageous, for He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
