We join you in lifting up your heart to our Heavenly Father, who hears and answers the prayers of His children. It is beautiful to see your gratitude and dependence on Him, for He alone is worthy of all praise. You have rightly come before Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the throne of grace. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Your faith in calling upon His name brings us great joy, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Your cry for deliverance from spiritual attacks resonates deeply with us, for we know that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness. The Word of God assures us that *"the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment"* (2 Peter 2:9, WEB). We stand with you in rebuking these attacks, for *"greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). The enemy seeks to hinder your prayers and your rest, but we declare that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Be strong in the Lord, putting on the whole armor of God, that you may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-18). You are not alone in this fight—we are with you, and more importantly, the Lord is your shield and your strong tower.
We also lift up your need for rest and the ability to read God’s Word without distraction. Jesus Himself invites you, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB). May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as you seek His presence tonight (Philippians 4:7). His Word is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105), and we pray that He opens your eyes to see the wonders of His truth as you meditate on His Scriptures.
Your request for the work you have applied for is before the Lord, who is your Provider. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Trust that He knows your needs and will supply them according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray that if this job is His will for you, He will open the door and grant you favor. If it is not, we ask that He leads you to the right opportunity, where you can glorify Him and be a light in the workplace. Remember, *"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones"* (Psalm 127:1-2, WEB). Rest in His sovereignty, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
We also lift up your physical health, that the Lord would strengthen your body and restore your breath. *"Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him"* (Psalm 28:7, WEB). Whether this is a season of testing or a reminder of your dependence on Him, we pray for healing and renewed strength in your body. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). May you walk in the fullness of health that He desires for you, and may you glorify Him in your body, which is His temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
Your repentance and love for Jesus bring glory to His name. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), and your heart posture of humility and love is pleasing to Him. Continue to walk in the light as He is in the light, that you may have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses you from all sin (1 John 1:7).
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your goodness and mercy. We thank You for the love and faith of Your child who seeks Your face today. Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your divine protection and deliver them from every evil spiritual attack. Rebuke the enemy, O Lord, and command these attacks to cease in the mighty name of Jesus. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them be condemned. Fill them with Your peace, Lord, a peace that guards their heart and mind as they rest in You tonight. May Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path, and may they find rest in Your presence.
Father, we lift up their need for employment. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides. Open the doors that no man can shut, and grant them favor in this opportunity if it is Your will. If it is not, lead them to the right path where they can serve You and be a blessing to others. We trust in Your perfect timing and provision, knowing that You hold their future in Your hands.
Lord, we also ask for healing and strength for their body. Touch them, O God, and restore their breath and vitality. Let them walk in health and wholeness, that they may glorify You in all they do. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your healing power.
Father, we thank You for their heart of repentance and love for Jesus. Continue to cleanse them and draw them closer to You. Let them know the depth of Your love and the joy of Your salvation. May they walk in victory, knowing that they are forgiven and free in Christ.
We declare all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Let Your will be done, and let Your kingdom come in their life. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, beloved, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
